A concerned Mom had the school cafeteria food sent to lab to get tested in comparison to same food bought at store. Discovered that there was higher level of pesticides 30% or more in the school food. She was livid to find this out due to the nefarious implications. She believed it was deliberate.

My friend’s wife is Italian. They met when he was abroad in the army. He lived there for 5 years. She cooked every day. She was very trim and he lost weight. They moved here and they both quickly gained weight. She was cooking the same recipes but with the stuff she could buy at the store here. After a year she started having her mom send food (mostly flour, semolina and olive oil) from Italy and they started to loss the weight quickly. Our food is poisoned.
I found that if I used organic flour I felt way better when I made homemade pasta...I think they use Round Up on the regular wheat to dry it out before harvesting...which is horrible for us. Anyway...now I look for Italian Pasta etc...if I buy it, your comment makes sense.

YES this is very true. Supermarket Italy and Yummy Bazaar sells food out of Italy very reasonably.
Europe has regulations on their wheat production. They've banned a lot of the pesticides we use on ours. Plus they add sugar to everything here.
Our flour has a funny smell the past few years also, so I would not put it past them to have remnants of pesticide right in there. American dog food goes through much stricter screening processes than human foods.

Doctors are Rockefeller system trained drug dealers basically. Some basic things they’re good for but they’re trained to treat you with pharmaceuticals. They likely won’t or can’t recommend diet or natural modifications to cure your issues. Drug dealers don’t recommend skipping the drugs and instead eat natural berries and nuts. 😂

I have found yelling at people to understand things does not work. What actually works, is giving people information that makes them think and ask questions. Typically when people have questions, they tend to actually think and look for the answers. Through this method they gain insight and are willing to ask more questions and discover more actual information for themselves and the cycle repeats.
@@SomeReefer I tried that for about 20 years before more recently moving towards a focus on forcing it into their subconscious, this way you'll all think about it on your own time. They must care in order to want to ask those questions. Give them questions & if you can make it apparent why they should care, the message can go further, even after you're not around..

What we now call "organic" and "Non-GMO", 100 years ago they called "food". I seriously doubt though that it's as nutritious or as healthy to eat as food from 100 years ago, with all the pesticides, and herbicides, hormones, and micro plastics, etc., etc., year after year, decade after decade.

I had breast cancer in 1993-94 so have been a label reader for 3+ decades. I was told when diagnosed I could be dead in 6 months without chemo/radiation. I didn’t get either, I went on a macrobiotic diet. That was 31 years ago. Never had a recurrence.😊

Pretty sure you mean prescribtion drugs. Ads for over the counter drugs are in most coutries. A lot of countries also allow alcohol commercials. Here in germany we have beer and booze ads on tv.
Alcohol is generally andertised in most countries except for most Muslim nations. Over the counter drugs are also advertised in most countries. Painkillers, constipation pills, etc. The difference is america advertises cancer drugs, vaccines and various other non over the counter drugs. General rule of thumb here in the UK, if it requires a prescription, a Dr, then it can't be advertised.

I had this discussion with neighbor recently. The only way we could grow truly organic food is by growing all of your food in a tunnel/greenhouse and have a source of filtered water to protect it from the spraying and water contaminates.

We grew up eating junk, and most of us struggle to completely give it up. Because it’s apart of our culture.

The absolute best hospital I ever stayed in least coincidentally had the best food- real, unprocessed whole foods all day every day. No surprise that I also had the best treatment and the most astute dr there. I got better after that for two whole years - the longest I’d ever been well for 8 years previous!!

Not sure how you can say that. You are either making your meals from fresh/scratch or you are not reading labels. Do you know what emulsifiers do? Do you know what anti-caking agents do?
I'm a European living in the US. And I hate to say it I fully agree. Just a simple example, even the most expensive milk of 'grass-fed' cows (you won't ever see that label in Europe on milk) is ultra-pasturized at my Whole Foods. I would probably literally have to go to a farmer to find normal pasturized .milk. It's all dead ultra-pasturized milk despite paying premium for organic. Anything that is halfway healthy and not processed beyond recognition is ridiculously expensive when compared to Europe. And even eating only non-processed, organic food is in no way a guarantee that you're not consuming micro-plastic, endocrine disrupting, carcinogenic poison.
Or being organic, so many have been caught with GMOs. 🙄😾

Yep, organic, healthy etc, its all mostly a marketing ploy here. They'll portray and introduce anything fathomable and allowable as long as it leads to money. Including things that technically are allowed but would not be if people weren't ignorant of them.
About 4 years ago, I made the conscious decision to read food labels and be more intentional about what I was eating. In that time, I have dropped from 249 pounds to 198 pounds. I was too fat and unhealthy for any real exercise so this drop in weight is only from eating smarter.

I was nearly 230 lbs and have gotten down to 183 lbs just from eating better, too. Hit a plateau at around 195 so I started taking a short walk around the block nearly every day… I feel a bit better now and have more energy despite still dealing with insomnia (I still only sleep 2-5 hours a night).

I've been hearing some pretty good stuff about the carnivore diet. I'm about to try it, myself. I have diabetes and it's starting to mess up my feet to the point that it's hard to work and function. I've gotta try something.

I am 61 and buff with good blood work.
Even the "healthy " food I have been eating has been full of sugars, palm oil, chemicals of unknown purpose.

You can get fatty liver from sleep apnea too.
Check out the queen of Thrones. They sell castor oil with a special pad for your liver. I started this 2 weeks ago and I feel 110% better now then I have in a long time. I have a fatty liver too. I find that when I do a 36 or 48 hr fast, my inflammation goes way down and my body just feels so much better. That made it very clear to me that our food is poisoned (I eat ”healthy”, am not overweight. I cook at home, mostly organic, lower carbs and no seed oils). Our food is so shitty that you literally feel better when you don’t eat at all. I think they have made our grains particularly toxic. When I did a grain free keto diet, I had ZERO PMS symptoms for the first time in my life. Shocked the hell out of me.
Grains (*unless you are eating only organic) are all GMO /Monsanto Franken Corn/ Round up ready...tainted. Just a fact
wheat was edited in the 1950s. Go back to an old/ancient grain and buy organic as grains are sprayed just before harvesting so hold on to lots of bad stuff.
The time I spent in France and the skandi countries and you are 100% correct. Both myself and my girl at the time independently said we felt way better eating both in restaurants and cooking at the flats we rented.

the docs and hospitals are for profit....people are "potential profit" instruments in that system. when you come into a hospital or doc's office you have a potential money tag floating above your head. As a former hospital employee, there are operations done and medications given that are medically unnecessary, just to make money. Much in the same way a mechanic tells customers that they need car work which isn't actually necessary just to line his own pockets.
