Strictly limited is preordering Turrican anthologies and collection. Rather pricey but it has a bunch more games, history, interviews, and soundtrack you are looking for.
I picked up the physical on PS4. Good selection of games, tough as nails but the save states help a lot. Give Gunlord X a go if you like Turrican, it's heavily inspired by that series.
First time I've seen these games in action, but it's interesting how I can tell which one was an Amiga game and which were for Genesis/MD and SNES, just by the color palette and the way they run.
This was an excellent review, very informative. Hope Victor does another collaboration with Digital Foundry soon. I'm familiar with Turrican because of Digital Foundry.
Having never played these games, I bought this collection. Now we need Rogue Squadron remasters (c'mon both this and RS are both Factor 5). Also, I have one of the CD's of Chris Hulsbeck's music from an issue of Retro Gamer magazine. Such a cool bonus!
Is anybody having problems using the cheatcode for Turrican 2? It says press 1, 4, 2 and then escape twice but nothing happens for me...but OK there’s the rewind function...
"Here I am...rocked you like a Turrican!"

I love that little strut the character has when they walk
What a great EU early 90s series. I wish I knew more about these games back in the day.
I can’t believe I never played these games back in the day looks sweet thanks Vic 👏😉
I just snagged a physical copy for Switch. I'm familiar with Factor 5 but I had never heard of Turrican. I'm really enjoying the series so far!

Never played any entries of this series before. But i remember seeing it in gaming magazines a long time ago.
Hey, sorry to nitpicking a bit but the analogue mega sg has ultracore loaded up on it not mega turrican 🤗
Looks cool, thanks for the handy tip, Vic!
More games like this need to have the review feature.
I'm about to buy it

A Rogue Squadron collection with all three games would be sweet. Bet the GameCube games would look beautiful in HD.
