dear dal palak turned out too good, my wife was asking for the recipe, you can imagine how good it must had been, I had given a small twist that is I cook the dal separately then added to the masala and palak

Nice presentation and simple to make receipes. Ive observed u use ingredients which r easily available in every kitchen and does not use much ready-mix masalas which r usually not stored. I do not give a second thought to prepare ur receipes as until now all ur receipes have come good and complemented by every family members.
