    i got this at a stand in alameda and it was the best fried rice ive ever had. almost worth the 45 minute line !

      haha thanks!! Indeed, our June appearance at the Alameda Antiques Faire was the very first launch date of the Woo Can Cook pop up booth, so as you can imagine, we ran into maaany technical hiccups. We'll be back next weekend (for July 4th!), and hopefully will have sped things up, too :-).

    I mean, the Brits love mushy peas. But those are Marrowfat peas, not the green peas we can just get in the frozen section of the grocery store.
    But yeah, no mushy peas in fried rice.
