- Hello friends! Thank you for being here with me for another week. Recently, I've been trying my best to slow down and focus on enjoying life one day at a time. Of course, this can be hard to practice when life feels like it's moving so fast, though I find spending time in nature, reading, going on walks, etc, all help to slow down my day and encourage me to be in the present moment. I think it helps to know that you are not alone. There are so many hyper-sensitive people out there. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and I have so many feelings and thoughts inside me. It can be very stressful. Sometimes sad or depressive feelings appear to give you a feeling of safety. They give a feeling of control and distance. For me, it helped to reflect on that in therapy. What do you want to protect yourself from? You are so strong, Leah. And you have this incredible talent to bring peace. It always brings me back to the moment. Thank you!
Don't give up. Some days are hard, but the sun is always shining above the clouds. As you said. We have everything we need inside of us.
Hi beautiful Leah, I really appreciate the change in your videos. They have soothing and peaceful vibes and I can’t get enough of them. I feel like you most of the time, and sometimes I just feel too anxious and as if I was never enough. I’d like to live alone but I can’t afford it so I live in a shared flat and it feels so overwhelming at times. Like you, I feel like I don’t have a safe space. And then I miss my family a lot. And I wonder whether I did well to do a Phd or if I got everything wrong. Knowing that we are not alone is so important I think. Everyone goes through bad times , but not everyone is so brave to share them ❤ thank you, you are a true beauty, inside and outside

I am a very sensitive person and always seem to have my emotions all over the place, so seeing that I'm not the only one struggling with my anxiety in this way is reassuring. Your videos are part of my Sunday morning routine and give me a good moment to slow down and just chill for a moment. Hello, Leah! Your video reminded me of how I was feeling in 2022 and in the begging of 2023. I am still grateful that I could overcome this feeling. This happened to me because I have been dating the wrong man. I still can’t tell what was wrong but something was. And I always ignored this feeling. I couldn’t recognise the source of my anxiety and sadness for almost 2 years. This summer I understood that something should be changed . Just talked to the people from the past and remembered who I was. I made a hard and sad decision to live my boyfriend. I cried, felt so terrible. But now I am happy. It was a right decision. I let my emotions to do what they want even though my brain said it’s stupid, it’s gonna hurt
So… sometimes you don’t know the source of your bad emotions. Sometimes for years. But you will figure it out. Let yourself do what your heart desires even when the brain doesn’t understand for what.

Hey Leah, I enjoyed this video so much. About your anxious feelings, we all experience them but you know that, what I am trying to say is I think the travelling might definitely help. I dunno where you planning to travel but for me abroad always gives me the feeling of new world and makes me appreciate my home or also besides that it does let me know there is a better place for me, I feel like everything is about the environment. Nowdays the technologies are really getting us away from ourselfs. Maybe trying whole different culture might be so uplifting, stepping out of comfort zone. I did it in Kenya and I fell in love with life back again. Sending love from Prague💖

It’s so good to hear that you’re having a positive therapy experience - I’ve been considering it a lot recently, but there’s always little things holding me back. Listening to you talk about it normalises it somehow 🥰🤍🫶🏼
oh yes, it is such a relief to take away the worries of therapy... I think I've built trust in it now + don't feel so anxious before each session. I feel great afterwards, even if I cried a bit (I usually cry haha but it's ok), because I learn so much !! I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't started therapy ~~ I cannot recommend it enough. I had considered it for several years before I tried it, and at first it felt so strange, but you soon realise that it will all be okay (:
