I am always amazed how much people are willing to spend to live in a suburb. If I had that kind of money I would want some land and not to be so close to my neighbors. But that is me everyone has their preferences. These prices are just so over the top to me. I know the west coast is a lot more expensive. What I want to know is what jobs do these people have? Who on earth can afford these prices with the cost of living so high in every other sector. Food, utilities so on and so forth. Seems totally unreal to me.
Don’t buy in CDA, market is starting to slide very slightly and the fact the houses went up 100% in 2-3 years, they will eventually drop by how much not sure.
It went up like 30%, not 100%. Still a lot, but I like accurate numbers. There's too much buying pressure for them to drop, unless the housing markets all drop, but then the house you are selling somewhere else also drops... You might be waiting the rest of your life
@@northidahoexperience I get that, but you sure don’t have a problem with promoting these extortionate prices as if they’re normal and reasonable. It’s almost as if you have something to gain from the overvalued market.
@@tranquilitybase6417 I was watching an old man in Idaho who was building homes dug into the side of hills that were so cool. The temp inside stayed around 50 degrees year round because they were built into the earth and totally insulated from the changing climate. I wish I could remember his youtube channel name. With a little typing I am sure you could find him. Very cool and resourceful gentleman.

How can you mention these prices with a straight face? I would love to see the price history on these very average homes. Ridiculous…
I don’t set the prices so it’s really easy for me to do that.

Prices in housing in CDA are up about 100% in the last 3-4 years that 750k house was 400k just a few years ago.
How about 150-200k? 😂
Tiny House :) - or buy land and live in a yurt.
Can be done if it's a condo or a mobile home
@@northidahoexperience a mobile home??????????????? lmao I was born in this town. Glad we moved to Michigan. This is insane.
@@tranquilitybase6417 how much for a cardboard box? lmao
