Cranberry Crumble | Taste Like Christmas

We all love the Holidays, or I do, a lot! So I love whipping up these personal ramekins filled with cranberries and homemade crumble to take over to a friends house or as a host gift. Ingridents listed below...

Ingredients.
CRUMBLE
½ cup flour
¼ cup oats
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, chilled and cut into cubes
Directions:
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Cut in the butter with your hands until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
FILLING
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbs Orange Juice
1 Tbs corn starch
Directions:
In a bowl prepare the filling.
Add the cranberries, sugar, brown sugar.
IN a smaller bowl add the cornstarch and the orange just. Mix together to remove the clumps. Add the mixture to the cranberries.
Mix together well.
Pour into small ramekins or a big baking dish.
Then top with the crumble.
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes
Take out and let cool.
Enjoy.
