Let's always thank God for all blessings, as an advice save money don' t waist in what we use to waist clothes etc and for you Dayan the first is buy a house for your mom if she has one buy one for you for your older years in a good safe country but be grateful with her and you will be blessed as a man I don't imagine don't help.my children😢 so your mom is a strong woman and deserve the best FIRST

It’s such an inspiring story! I can relate to you, as I also left for Germany (Freiburg), than Switzerland (Genève and Lausanne) when I was 19 years old 😊 But I was good at studying and my home in France was welcoming. So, when I experienced too much hardship, I left everything in Germany/Switzerland and went back to South of France to settle with my boyfriend. There, I started new studies to become an English teacher in France. I don’t regret it as I love my job! But now that I became a mother I remember my dream of being an entrepreneur and to be “free” as you said. I want my son to be proud of me and I want to have enough money to have a good life 🥰

Tho im not quite ready to jump rope yet, I do have a jump rope now!... thanks to watching ur videos! I am not new to excerice...mainly because I'm 61 LOL!😅 but I am proud to say i ran my first half marathon at 53 year old!
I have sized my new jump rope already,, based on ur tutorial!! Thank you! I am doing chair workouts, yoga, and upper body weight workouts...hard ones...until I get injections for sciatia and loose another 10 lbs!

Not in the part that you achieved millions of followers but I also started working in a very early age while studying and yes, never give up. What did you do when doctor told you to stop? How did you adapt your training ?
I was doing mainly skipping with not much strength training, so I started knee strenghtning exercises via @kneesovertoesguy also started going to the gym more often. But his technique helped me tremendously

Thank you for your video but do you think you can add subtitles to it so the hard of hearing can understand what you are saying? I know there's some automatic captions in UA-cam but it struggles with your accent i guess because it's not always understandable. Thanks!

Many of us struggle with obstacles, in fact, all of us do. The key to it is never giving up as you said 👏🫶

@@dayankole if it’s OK to ask, in what ways did you have to change? I have a rope, I have downloaded the Untangled App. But I have a right hip impingement. I’m thinking jump rope is OK for that, but I don’t want my doctor to tell me that I have to stop 😅
