In this video, we will answer the question on 'does masturbation protect from prostate cancer?'. Masturbation is a fairly common practice. While its definitely not recommended, it is sad to see many medical experts claim that it has a protective effect against prostate cancer. As we age, the risk of prostate cancer in general increases for all men. However, with age, the frequency of masturbation also decreases. Moreover, recent studies have suggested that masturbation seems to have no protective effect in terms of preventing prostate cancer. Please watch the video for more info

I am confused. I have received conflicting and contradictory medical advice now from you, my primary care physician, and two endocrinologists (1 in 1992 and 1 in 2017) in the past. My PCP told me to ejaculate at least once every 2 Weeks to keep the vas defrens ducts clear and exercise the kegal muscle and prostate gland with the orgasm contractions.
