In this short video, we are going to quickly go over the answer to the question 'when you ejaculate how much sperm comes out'. Rather than "first few drops" it's probably more accurate to say first few "pulses", "shots", or "ropes", since a drop is only 1/20th of a ml and the average load is several ml, so the first few drops will likely only be bulbourethral pre still clearing the urethra before the actual sperm rich fraction begins flowing.
