JARED JAMES NICHOLS has definitely got it. The Wisconsin-born, Los Angeles-based singer, writer and guitarist's new LP Old Glory & The Wild Revival channels blues grit and gusto through bombastic arena-size rock 'n' roll. It's raw, raucous and righteously real.

Saw them open for John 5 and Jared took the time to speak to my 12yr old son who was blown away by his playing. Jared gave him a signed photo. Stand up guy all the way! Made my son's day! Thanks guys, you are amazing!
I'm a two time cancer survivor and music has been such a big part of my therapy....Also , I'm a 62 year old man(son of a bitch that sounds so fucking weird saying that) who has heard so many great guitarists and rhythm sections....Guys two of my favorites are Jared and his band and Joe Bonamassa and his band.....when a tune brings tears to your eyes because its played so well and with every bit of their soul then you know this guy has it....I hope this made some kind of sense....I'm diggin it Jared.....I'm diggin it!
Good golly Molly this cat kicks ass!....Hope he comes to Springfield, Mo. soon....or Knuckleheads in KC....fabulous
I'm enjoying this recording more than I have any on a first listen since the Black Crowes.
i saw him in 2015 in Bochum as support for glenn hughes. Since this time, i´m a big fan of him. Greetings from Germany
LR - thank you for providing this! Had my first JJN live experience three days ago. He played a two PUP git which quadrupled his sonic space. The tone, note choices, bends, shreds were all pleasing to my ear holes - cheers!
Saw Jared at Trees in Dallas Texas and was blown away! Jared and his mates rocked the way it should be done. High energy and power rock played at maximum level. Rock on Jared and come back to Dallas soon!
1000% my new favorite rock band. Full Stop.
I saw this band when I went to the black label society concert and was hooked as soon as I heard them. They are the greatest guys as well, so nice. they signed the CD I bought and were more than happy to sit and talk to me for a bit. Amazing 3 man band!!!
Kimberley Claflin Going to see him next year :)
saw them in Paris, france as a guest for Glenn Hughes and they rocked , reminds me of Pat travers Band as well :-)
Wow!....this is great! Clever arrangements and killer playing....with old school prouction....like panning and instument placement.....people go on about Greta Van's Feet....i guess this here Jared and his band are for us adults.....
keep this music going spread the word!

Layin' it all out on the table, damn!
They were really great last night at Calella Rock, I hope to see these guys really soon, I like a lot that 70´s Ted Nugent/Bad Company/Grand Funk Railroad influence and more recently at 80´s Badlands bluesy style, hold on that flame, KEEP ON THE GOOD STUFF BRO!!!

this guy is really good!!!
Jared live is the REAL. FUKKING. DEAL. HAIL BLUES POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!
great great album. Going round and round on my car
Frank Marino. Strawberry Alarm Clock (Ed King). Skynyrd (Ed King et. al.). Rory Galagher. Trower. Dwayne Allman. Robert Johnson. Man, it's all there dude. I love this shit. I might add, Leslie West, Clapton, Page and Ronnie Montrose.
Just found you and I'm very impressed of your playing style that you don't use a pick and you just play awesome music....it's raw and from the gut feeling....keep up the great work....more power to ya bud....and always remember Nunca pare la Musica....🤟🎶🤟
Awesome. Stuff. B seeing them in concert soon.
Damn...this kid is GOOD.
Yeah Jared's defo got it all going on... he's the real deal. He's passionate about his blues rock roots and gives it 100%. I recently bought the Epiphone Old Glory custom his signature guitar...it's a blinder and very inspiring to play. It's a best kept secret weapon a year on from its release...solid mahogany double bound body rosewood neck, ebony fretboard wrap tail bridge and Grover tuners and the best thing of all a Seymour Duncan P90 🤪😁👍what's not to like...it's a no brainer. Get one a.s.a.p
Eddie Kraemers fingerprints are all over this. One of the greatest producers of all time.
30:45 - Sometimes FUCKING AWESOME SONG. and no words for the first one (playing for keeps)
Ride the lightning woooooo!!!
Fucking awesome.

Jared James Nichols
I thought I was the only odd ball without a pick...
Harley Sanders Wes Montgomery, Albert King, Mark Knopfler, Jared you're in good company
Kravitz was probably his influence.
The tone is very similar.
He gets a very cool sound playing with only his fingers. He hates picks and will not used them.
Very Ted Nugent'ish....love it !
+Rick Neal doesnt sound anything like nugent
+john dillinger lol wut m8?
He looks like Nugent too
Ted can only dream that he'd be as good as Jared.
Amen.
unlike some of the new breed he has good songs and lots of variety ok its retro but how many bands today doing it so good bonnamassa got some serious competion for a change
La publicidad ha de insertarse entre canciones. De otro modo es estropear canciones a lo tonto.
a mix off an early age Zakk wylde and ted nugent !
You all sound very classic rock...Love your sound!!
I wish you all played for Jesus and I mean that. There isn’t any Christian rock that sounds like this but I still appreciate your sound guys, for real. I love that you don’t use a pick and still have the rock sound. Not usual at all and I feel it gives you all an even more classic rock sound as your guitar sounds kind of Bluesy and your solos have a Stevie Ray Vaughan went classic rock sound.
I don't see the Ted Nugent.
I see more lenny Kravitz
