Not enough people listing their own OT7s in the comments. Mine is the Deep Space Nine polycule. Garak is dating Julian, who is dating Miles. Miles is married to Keiko and they're both dating Kira. Kira is dating Jadzia, who is married to Worf. Julian's canonical crush on Jadzia is still unrequited in this scenario.
realized i didn't mention Odo, bc OT7. I'm not a big fan of Kiraodo in canon anyway, it's much better in the fanart where they're lesbians Odo has his own poly relationship anyway. He's married to Lwaxana while with Quark they skipped right to being divorced
Fun fact about brown cheese: In 2013 a truck carrying 27 tons of brown cheese caught fire in a tunnel, and the cheese burned for four days straight before it could be extinguished. (No one was hurt.)
Fun fact about brown cheese (aka brunost): it seems to be a taste you have to grow up with to like. It tasted like feet to me (an American) but people like the cheese, so I assume that taste reading isn’t universal. Oslo is great though they had matcha froyo at their 7-11s
All those OT7 guesses were so hilarious! I was waiting to see if anyone would figure it out! And, to clarify, OT7 (or OT#) was used before BTS' debut (but is often associated with BTS since they're so big now) and isn't necessarily about shipping all the members together, but about being a fan of all members (rather than a fan of 1/some members) or including all members in a fic/photo/drawing/etc. I also find it interesting that no one questioned why the word lemon would be a fanfic tag and just accepted it lol. Maybe they knew better than to ask for a more in-depth explanation of tag meanings haha
Yes! I've been out of the ARMY scene for a while but I'm now kind of mortified that people who watch this episode will assume any BTS fan with 'OT7' in their bio must be shipping the group together. It means "I'm a fan of the whole group, not just one member" ^^;;; (which in itself is kind of an interesting evolution of terms, as someone who's fascinated by online slang and community dynamics. Since that meaning became popular among ARMY I've now seen similar usage spread across most fandom spaces.)
@@shockofthenew haha yeah that's exactly why I wanted to clarify! lol. As a Super Junior fan, I remember how often the discourse between OT13 and OT15 happened because of fans' opinions on whether Henry and Zhoumi were official Super Junior members. It didn't have to do with shipping, but on how many members were in the group. That's interesting that you see it used in other fandom spaces! I think I've only ever seen it in Kpop fandoms. But I'm not really on social media much anymore which may affect it.
@@FancyTuna77 I mostly see it in kpop spaces, but recently sometimes in Western music fandoms, anime fandoms and so on - presumably it's spread by kpop fans who are in both spaces. Also I've only been a hardcore fan of groups with consistent lineups so I'd forgotten how political it can get with proclaiming you're OT[x] for a group with an ambiguous lineup or when a particular member is involved in scandal etc. Kpop fandom has such a specific set of terms and community norms, probably because the international fandom was insular for so long. It's funny how you can get so used to certain customs in a certain context, and then hearing outsiders misunderstanding throws it all into a different perspective!
As a Norwegian, this is a perfect representation of our wizards. Also I walk past that tiger statue every day on my way home from work and this episode is fucking hilarious

Technically Nathan was right since Wednesday was named from the 'Monday's Child' poem.
Monday’s child is fair of face
Tuesday’s child is full of grace
Wednesday’s child is full of woe
Thursday’s child has far to go
Friday’s child is loving and giving
Saturday’s child works hard for his living
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.
Which was the original 'humanized week days' thing lmaoo
Gay Sundays!
@@freddogrosso9835 Gay sundays!!!!
I'm 100% the child that is born on the Sabbath day, specially the gay part (both meanings)
tag urself i'm sunday's child 💅
@Royally blue! wow what the hell, i'm ALSO a 17th january, but my year's was a Wednesday!
oh and IM GAY TOO
Crying about Karina saying she filtered out nsfw tags and then giving Jacob "lemon"
Nathan's incredibly niche Florence reference was deeply appreciated 😂😂
i was waiting for this comment 🙏🙏
Everyone is talking about the lemon tag but the *wheeze* I let out at OT7 was unreal
SAME
SAME like I had to pause the video
they’re making david work so hard with all these 7 references
i thought that riverdale pic meant someone was about to go "oh, is that the original ot7?" again
Nathan being afraid of rhinos makes the rhino bit from Drawtectives hit different. No wonder he was so scared when he drew a rhino while blindfolded in the madame alm episode
oh my GOD
I'm actually in awe of how long they managed to name groups of seven people /pos
One of my favorite ao3 tags is ‘accidental baby acquisition’ and I feel like the team would be all over that
In an alternate world, a Just world, we would have gotten to hear Julia try to list 7 types of taste instead of the crew doubling down on the Sufjan Stevens bit 😂😭
Sweet, salty, sour, savory, sneezy, happy, doc.
Sweet, salty, tangy, bitter, savory, umami, spicy
Petition to add grapple to the citrus scale as a special category that's like "a story that's so very specific that very few people will truly enjoy it" (or something else more fitting/funny that I'll probably think of later)
maybe it could mean "it looks a certain way at first glance, but the taste (content) is different than expected" ?
“Markets itself as a perfect blend of two niche interests and instead fails at both and creates an unexpected third experience”. Like….. the opposite of dead dove: do not eat
Love how it's being added to the *citrus* scale despite neither grape nor apple being a citrus fruit
We work with what we have lol
as a norwegian person, i've really enjoyed pointing at the screen and saying "yeah! :D" this episode. highly recommend.
If I didn't hate snow so much, and if immigrating to anywhere wasn't such a pain in the ass, I would be so tempted to move. XD
The frozen pizza thoooo
Can you confirm if the frozen pizza if good?
The frozen pizza (referring to Grandiosa) is overrated - a norwegian
@@MorningMeasure Am Norwegian can confirm
Devil saying "You're dating by the way" cracked me up! I want to read a fanfic about these Norwegian wizards now.
As someone from Oslo, I really like the Norway facts! (Also that Tiger statue is in the middle of the city and has an anatomically correct behind!)
imagining david going through the video and seeing how many tgings to do with 7 and them knowing they have to edit all that in is sending me rn
They*
But yes
@@pineapplefrostyfruits9225 my bad
@@liam-zz6tg it's okay! We're all learning, what's important is that we share what information we have and listen to each other
I learned more about Norway from this one episode of Drawfee than I did from my whole life of never once researching anything having to do with Norway.
I also had a friend who was crazy obsessed with Norway and curling. Take whatever mental image came up when you read that, and make it MORE. She was O B S E S S E D with everything Norway. She watched curling in her home. Never asked how. She would try to get me interested in teams and- okay now I'm just unprovoked talking about my life I gotta stop okay bye.
@@nono-xm8yl Norwegian here. Don't know a single person who cares about curling except maybe during winter Olympics, and even then it's pretty low on the list of sports 😂
It's hard to believe Karina was afraid of anything, she usually seems ready to fight god.
Karina absolutely knows what lemon actually means XD
The OT7 in the Livejournal days was the Ouran High School Host Club! I won't stand for these newfangled 'boy bands' stealing the crown!!!
I have spent the entirety of Jacob's drawing in such a wild state waiting to see if Karina was ever gonna drop the Truth about lemons, only to conclude with Jacob himself giving specific permission to write fic about him involving Bruce Willis and lemon and let me tell you, I just about died.
I desperately want to know his reaction when he found out.
Had i been in Jacob's position, i would definitely have been most nervous about that lemon. Not Karina out here letting that through the filters, she would never.
she was counting on being the nastiest person in the room and it paid off
@@Romanticoutlaw absolutely
Jacob and gang, I'm so proud of you - you actually did create a proper lemon plot for Jacob's prompt! That's exactly the sort of plot I remember from the days when "lemon" was used as a fic descriptor. Well done!
TRUE
As a dad that got three months paid paternity leave, I think it’s a darn good fact to talk about! Moms go through so much, it’s really sucky how a lot of places don’t offer paid leave when new babies enter the world. We need to take care of our smallest humans the most as early as possible for the world to keep getting better!
🎉 👏👏👏👏👏
realized i didn't mention Odo, bc OT7. I'm not a big fan of Kiraodo in canon anyway, it's much better in the fanart where they're lesbians
Odo has his own poly relationship anyway. He's married to Lwaxana while with Quark they skipped right to being divorced
Poor Julian. always gets the short end of the stick even in headcanons
"didn't know they were dating" is one of my absolute favorite tropes
So fun fact: Brown cheese is made using the waste product of cheese making, hence not technically cheese. It has an unique caramel like flavour
Fun fact about brown cheese: In 2013 a truck carrying 27 tons of brown cheese caught fire in a tunnel, and the cheese burned for four days straight before it could be extinguished. (No one was hurt.)
@@Jpteryx must’ve smelles horrible omg
I've never been more grateful for being lactose intolerant, bc that sounds disgusting
@@sw4mpy but have you considered, Gordon Ramsey really likes it
Fun fact about brown cheese (aka brunost): it seems to be a taste you have to grow up with to like. It tasted like feet to me (an American) but people like the cheese, so I assume that taste reading isn’t universal. Oslo is great though they had matcha froyo at their 7-11s
The way Karina in DESPERATE in every tag, trying to find some way to keep it SFW is SO funny
"Lemon" 😭
@@currybun8570 she definitely knows 😭 she had to do that on purpose for jacobs downfall
@@currybun8570 audibly wheezed in that one
Yes! I've been out of the ARMY scene for a while but I'm now kind of mortified that people who watch this episode will assume any BTS fan with 'OT7' in their bio must be shipping the group together. It means "I'm a fan of the whole group, not just one member" ^^;;;
(which in itself is kind of an interesting evolution of terms, as someone who's fascinated by online slang and community dynamics.
@@TyrsForFenrirs wow thanks for the info! I didn’t know it was used in so many non-kpop related fandoms!
Nice to see Nathan being able to draw his fellow marylanders in their natural state
can we acknowledge jakob's bussin bottle drawing? he just busted out a perfect perspective spin :0
I did NOT expect Nathan to make a Florence +the Machine reference but the OT7 bit is SENDING ME

Julia's dedication to drawing Oslo (The City) by facts is so funny to me
Fun fact from a Norwegian: Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson means Bearstar Bearson.
Pretty great name for anyone if you ask me.
I have never so deeply desired to be a patron as right now. I want to know exactly how Jacob reacted when he realized he had been betrayed
I love the very different Norway fact websites that Nathan and Jacob are on 😂
So fun to see how Carina is the only one who knew what 'lemon' means and asking Jacob/Bruce Willis lemon fic :D
