Agreed, because there is something called modesty it's not a comfortable thing. Sister like myself we do our best cover as much as we can and likewise brother with jubah and covered clothing.

But in case of wadu we are told to wash our hands upto elbow that means with elbow,not keeping the elbow dry. But why then the knees are not part of awrah?

Query: How can women stay cool? I overheat quite easily and it affects my breathing. It can be dangerous for me to completely cover up. I just recently reverted and I am struggling with the clothing restrictions, especially as we are in the hottest time of the year here.

Try wearing loose fits but not exposing. And these heats and covered up clothing you just get used to it eventually because it becomes a part of you and an identity by itself and the wisdom behind is more than enough reason to go on with it. Insha allah Allah will help and reward you for your hardship.

Try switching to summer fruits and veg, as they contain more water content, and it will keep your internals cool, and try carrying umbrella under sun,
Dont drink cold water, as it increases body heat.
And, places with high temperature without fan or ac , cannot be avoided. A person has to deal with it.
(But by keeping your internals cool, it might help a lot to reduce body temperature during those times.
And don't forget cotton clothes.

Use pure cotton cloths. It will be easier to get over from the hot weather. At first, Hijab will feels like hot and suffocated. Day goes, you will be used to it and you soon feel very comfortable about it. May Allah ease your work..

no point of asking the question because if you actually knew how beautiful paradise is, you wouldn't say that, therefore it is a lie. however if you are saying it to your spouse to increase love, it is halal.
