Quiet Waters - Deerfield Beach | They Said Don't Race if Sick! | Coconut Cup 2023-24 Finals MTB Race

I got very sick the week of this race - chills, body aches, congested AF, you name it; I felt so bad I doubted to even sign up and waited until the last minute. Heck, I even hesitated to upload this video and it took me a week to do so.
On race day I felt a bit better but added to a bad start where I was sent into a tree, I was far from any podium; I was there to defend some points for the overall. Even though the result of the race was far from what I hoped for, I finished 4th on the Overall Standings for the Coconut Cup 2023-24.

Hey there! Nice ride and video 🙂 I've never been to that park. Is the terrain more lose than what you see on Markham and Amelia? Meaning, more sand-like?

It has been very dry lately in all of trails everywhere but I would say the terrain is a mix of Amelia and Virginia Key. Not at all like Markham.
