Hand Cranked Air Raid Siren on Stand

Hand Cranked Air Raid Siren on Stand. I think this is a Type 447. I think these were first introduced in 1945 and still made in the Cold War period. They would have been used by servicemen in bunkers and lookouts around the country.
Overall condition is good, however the cog inside has some teeth missing, probably from being stopped suddenly by holding the handle to stop it, rather than letting it run out naturally.
I was going to get this repaired but decided to sell instead. Still works, but a bit clunky sounding due to the missing cog teeth.
