in all seriousness there used to be a dish similar to ice cream i believe was made in china during the tang period, it wasnt cold or frozen but cow and goats milk was heated and left to ferment and the end product was similar in texture to ice cream but with a radically different flavor.
For fun demonstrations yes, but for actually sale's and distribution, definitely not a practical machine for the kind of numbers Theme Parks gets these days.

They make fresh squeezed lemonade and hand blended shakes on old equipment purchased from what used to be the local drug store. THIS would make Dave pooter all over himself in excitement!

There were three cuts in the shaking process. Either you have to spin it for 10 minutes to get it that homogeneous or they just swapped it at the last cut for a blender mixed one.

I haven't seen one these working since 1970s mixing irish creamer milk shake in irealand who would of thought this milk shake maker was a inspiration for the titanic moters which my family elders witnessed being belt
