These are the new updates to my river since the last post. The foam blends better with the water now and looks less harsh. The river edges blend in better too. Some 3D offset has been added to areas of high pressure to look less flat. Also the flow has been extended to splashes, bubbles, rain drops, vfx and all other particles for the most immersive river experience. While it might seem non-essential, without these it's just too immersion breaking to have raindrops stationary on a river.
Determinant is an open world survival game set in the future which is still under development. Visuals are placeholders, not final and may be completely different in the final game. Release TBA.

Honestly I prefer a game that tries something new technology wise. Reminds me of the early 2000s when devs would still experiment with what they can do in a game. Nowadays its practically all cookie cutter tech, due to relying on established engines.

I like both . Some games do one thing ,some the other .If one doesn't suit you .take the next one There are literally unlimited amount of games available since every day we get new ones

This would be good for boating/Sailing/Fishing-related games. In all reality: AAA shitters will plug it in as a selling point for some unrelated game type (GTA 6 or summat). Hope you get paid a bunch

Fluid Flux plugin is so damn cool! Or is this your own custom real time fluid physics? Either way, fluid physics in games immediately brings the quality up significantly.
Is that also some individual hand control I see? Like Trespasser? :o
It's Unity, no Fluid flux here. It's my custom modification of KWS water. I haven't played Trespasser, but the underlying hand physics should be the same.
