I have to agree, This is a fixer upper on this one. Whoever buys this home, Maybe a convert the patio to an garage. Fixed up the backyard. Put brand new cabinets, Replace the black appliances to stainless steel. Put in brand new bathrooms, Replace all flooring. And make the laundry bigger. Price is pretty reasonable, 👍 Video

Sorry the price of this property is out of hand. This little home isn't worth the price. No land, and rooms too small. But nice little home
