The Tile is Worn-out, Having a SHOWER under the Stairwell in the LAUNDRY ROOM is WEIRD. Epoxy definitely in the garage floor. Outside in the Backyard, The PATIO needs Refinishing. I Noticed that the Cement Blocks Fenced, You can see STAINS, and it Needs Green Turf Maintenance. The Kitchen is Nice, plus the Upstairs and Bedrooms, living and Dining room, The Stairwell. $380,000 is WAY, WAY TO HIGH, It Should be $330,000, To many Flaws! No Wonder the SELLERS Moved out!
