Your diagram should have the radiator cooler after the filter....
Stops the cooler from clogging up...

I am wondering about having filter after the pump too. Everything i read is that you don't want the filter restricting the pump

Even in fuel
Systems you have a pre and post filter all in tank pumps have a sock
Filter right on the pump

Yes but the filter should be before the radiator cooler (in all cases)
