bhai maine kal STABLIZER Liya laptop ke liye. but pata nhi uski display lights GREEN or red jal nhi rhi h. but usse current pass ho rha h. maine tester se check kiya to stablizer se current to pass ho rha h. but mujhe kaise pata chalega ki wah properly work kr rha h ki nhi. we vibration sound to aa rhi rhi but utna proper voltage de rha h ki nhi kaise pata chalega. MERE PASS VOLTMETER NHI H. kya m naya stablizer lu please reply i am using DELTA LINE - SD 400 D. ye digital display wala nhi h . or na koi meter h isme to measure. it have only red and green light indicator
