yes it's very annoying - I think the cashback issue stems from the fact that these items come from small boutiques, kind of like Farfetch… But who knows?
I have been stalking the Fendi Baguette for a long time now, and one thing I have *consistently* noticed on the pre-loved market is structure wear/damage running across the top of the leather versions. Most of the ones I have seen online look all bent with a 'dip' (for lack of better word) in the middle of the top. I wonder if an organizer would help, but it has made me wary, given the price.

I don’t own a Fendi bag yet but getting one is definitely on my list. I went to the Fendi store in Las Vegas last week and they really have many high quality bags. Tbh I’m not loving how smushy and unstructured this bag is. Hope your return goes smoothly. Can you also return the insert if need be?
I can return the insert - I'll lose between $7 and $14 and total cost was $38. I'm gonna film everything for this handbag return. The farfetch experience I had has scarred me.

I empathize! I had a similar issue with the baguette, dust bag and FENDI customer service. It has totally ruined the bag for me. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had, I am so disappointed and put off. I believe this is my first and last experience with FENDI. I may return tomorrow. 😢

At the end it worked on your favor since they are refunding you. But also I think the straps are a big flaw. I was considering the baguette in the traditional brown, but now it's off my list.

You spoke about the same problem all saw. Crossbody is not possible. In that color you cant neither put a LouisVuitton strap cause the color!. The problem is the not elastic structure! Anyway a rigid structure would have also more damage! But is not a problem. They will cut ,open remove and put other interior! Close all and all is done! They should understand the not elastic interior is a big problem! Customers dont know this not good material like structure until it will be flexed!!!! What a ridicolous bag considerind you pay 2800€!!!!! For it!!! We are all influenced by the aestetic and dont know what is inside!!!🙄🤮☹️
