I must say that your photography is just awesome! Love the starfish and the leaping chipmunk. Every week I learn something new. You are my favorite You Tube channel!
My someday is Now retired 1 1/2 years following & cheering my 10yo Granddaughter on her motocross racing adventures. The perfect reason to use the TT camper investments.
In 1992, my dad (70 at the time), youngest brother (37) and I (53) kayaked down the coast of Maine starting at the ME/Canada border. Reversing falls at Cobscook Bay was a highlight of the trip. I'm 84 now and related very well to your video...lots of family memories. Thanks for sharing.
Ok, I am blown away by your video. For the last 17 plus minutes, I was transported from the 118 degree furnace of Southern Arizona to one of the most beautiful places on earth! Your photography and artistic abilities, coupled with the perfect music, make this video a stunning piece of work. Thank you for allowing us to spend time with the family. Cannot wait for the next video.
Thanks for a great video, our someday is coming up soon.. We are currently in Brazil building our expedition 6x6 truck to travel the US and other continents.
plus one on the Maine coast, it's such a hidden gem. We didn't want to leave, started looking for houses on the way home. Still looking for a place for our "someday."
Our someday = 2 months away RVing in Ontario, boating, fishing, by a body of water. Alas…I MOVED alright! 5 days into our vacation I broke ankle, we travelled home (missed family weekend) and developed cellulitis. So instead I get to watch videos such as yours to “dream” of better days ahead. We love Waterton National Park as well. Thanks from 🇨🇦
Such a HUGE compliment! Thank you so much! We love hearing these comments and how other people are finding their SOMEDAY and getting outside! It is definitely better out there! 😊
Another wonderful video folks! My phrase for when Corey was talking about kids was, never lose the wonder and amazement. As we get older we tend to lose sight of how everything in nature is truly amazing. When I got my Lifetime Sportsman license nearly 50 years ago, you could personalize it with a phrase. I had them put "Enjoy God's Creation" on it. It has been a constant reminder ever since. Great job at doing things right!
After meeting you guys last summer at the Mothership,Grand Design service center, Jess offered to provide us a list of things to see and do in Maine. You guys have now been to two of the campground that we stayed at as well. Acadia Seashore Camping is still one of our favorites in 2 years of travel. We met some great folks there, and the adventures were amazing. Another great video guys.
I share Corey's soapbox... go outside and explore with your kids. We've been hiking and exploring with our kids since our oldest (now 20) was a preschooler. Keep it fun, pack plenty of snacks, and remember the goal is the journey not the destination. We recently hiked a portion of the AT in Connecticut with our 7 and 10 yr olds. So much fun listening to our 7 yr old say, "Look at that view!" ❤
We are staying in Sunset Point right now, what a great find. It was quiet and not as fast paced as Bar Harbor. We also went up to the Quoddy Lighthouse house today, it was amazing, the sun was out all day. Side note, during season Knotty Lobster food truck in Milbridge is fairly priced and the lobster rolls are delicious.
I totally get what you were saying about being a photographer and having to get the shot, show the change, find the story!!! I've always said my work life could have been so much easier if I just loved accounting! But nope, I gotta tell stories. Lovely work as usual folks. Safe travels!!!
I'm from MA. My sister was telling me the other day how she goes out to Cape Cod and watches the seals catch fish. It is so cool, she says. I'm so glad she can do that. I know live in IL and SO miss the ocean. Thanks for sharing.
We went to Maine two years ago and had a fabulous time. You probably are too far north now but there's a woman that makes cheesecakes and sells them out of her garage 24/7. She's not there, you pay on the honor system. And ever slice we had was delicious. It is in Ellsworth, Maine, Momo's Cheesecake. There's also Wild Blueberry Land in Columbia Falls, ME.
I love this channel always wishing there was more video and already can't wait for the next one. Thanks for sharing and as always stay safe and God bless love ya Nancy
For years now, I’ve been wanting to travel to Maine….thank you for showing me such beauty! I’m thinking about taking a trip there next spring…..I appreciate the inspiration 🙏🏻
Look forward to your videos every week. Maine is on our bucket list and your photography does it proud. Have you changed your audio settings lately? I ask because we watch quite a few videos such as Less Junk, more Journey, Keep your daydream and others....but when we get to your videos recently, we have to kick up our volume to match the levels that the other videos are at. It's not a problem, just wondering if it's our settings or yours. Safe travels!
Our SOMEDAYS use a class A rig, flat towing a Honda CRV with ebikes on the back. We can setup camp in 15min, and break down in 20, this includes connecting and disconnecting the car. Every step of setup and breakdown has been streamlined, as we rarely stay at one site for more than 3 days. However, we have no kids with us, so we have less stuff. We're on the move all the time, but we're not in a rush.
We were up in Maine last week. I was able to get tickets to the Bold Coast Charter Puffin Tour that takes you out to Machias Island WITH the puffins. The tickets sell out fast when they release in Feb but it was an AWESOME opportunity.!!!
I love your videos! My husband and I were driving toward the easternmost spot in the continental US last Fall, and I wish I had known about Tidal Falls Preserve before we went. However, we did stop in a GIANT blueberry and had the best blueberry pie ever!
Another wonderful video and another great place to explore. Joy would really like to see the national parks in Utah, and I am still trying to convince her that we go there, then travel up the California coast see the redwoods and Sequoias and then into Canada and then RV in Alaska, even though we just got back from Alaska, I think it is an awesome place and one we haven't seen enough of.
We were taken on trips from the time we were kids. My dad was in the navy. We moved alot.when he was home and not at sea we went all over the south and east coast. Start them young most will love it. Such a learning experience. Learn more by doing then from books. Books might light the spark but seeing and doing it yourself is so much better .
Love ❤️ tidal pools. I’m used to the ocean ,but thanks to your adventures in Maine, I have seen a live starfish. I’m having an amazing birthday this morning watching you guys as we sit at the lake camping . BTW were going to cross over on the ferry to Okracroke in September on our camping trip to OBX. I Had my hubby watching all your videos and he’s planned it all ,never having been there himself. Me, I’m going on memories...
I so remember those little girls in the football sweatshirts. So glad you are out exploring. Jess, don’t worry about coffee spill as Corey had me spilling my water when he talked about the stomachs of the starfish. You got a drizzly humid time this summer.
Thanks for sharing. Plan on exploring your suggestions with my family. Not sure if you made it to Quoddy Head Lighthouse. There are some beautiful hikes on both sides of the lighthouse. Beautiful place for pictures as well. Have fun.
Hello from Western Maine. I love exploring the Maine coast. Actually, all parts of Maine. I think you arrived in Maine (June) when the rain arrived. Still great exploring in the rain. Right now we are dealing with flooded roads because of the July storms!
I was always taking my kids to national parks and local things that only true locals know about, like the caves in Alpine, Ca. they aren't on any map and only some locals know where they are(I'm one of them), the gatekeeper is a lot of poison oak between where you park and the entrance to the caves but if you're properly dressed for that it's fine. I'm with you Cory, a body in motion stays in motion, which is part of the reason I go on at least one hike a day since I retired 4 years ago.
We are so glad you got our message of the right rear light being out. We just want you to be safe and not get pulled over. Loved the starfish. You inspire us and hopefully soon we will get our own RV. Love you all.
Patience pay off. Be it day to night, high tide to low tide, winter to spring, summer to fall. Looks like you folks are seeing many returnes on your patience.
Love the video. We are in NH and need to discover ME more. I have to admit when you said they are savages in your intro I thought you were talking about your daughters and your wife. I couldn't wait to see what they did to you to earn that. Lol didn't think you were talking about Star fish.
Great episode. Love seeing the locations and exploring each place. I wonder if there is an easy way to search for family owned campgrounds? I haven't tried but you guys have inspired us to look for them. Thank you for sharing.
Love your videos! Really fantastic photography helps take us along on your family’s explorations and adventures all over the US! Do you know if the beaches in Maine are dog friendly?
Every beach is different. Google usually has the results for the town or bringfido. The more populated the area, the more restrictions, usually. Off season adds more flexibility in addition to morning/evening.
I agree with Cory’s soap box. It’s my pet peeve (I’m a daycare provider so I see it every day) You had kids to enhance your life not for it to revolve around them. I see parent say oh I can’t come to a party because that’s when they are napping or that’s when they are eating. Or the parents at the bus stop who walk their kids right up to the bus door like keeping both hands on them I’m like come on they are 8 they can walk by themselves. Maybe it’s just me and maybe we are the bad parents but if your kids didn’t tuck and roll out of your car are they really being kids 😂😂
Amen, Corey! Your soapbox rant was right on. We have been RV’ing for 12+ years (not full time) but trying to make those memories like you were saying. We love nothing more than when our mid to late teens start talking about the place we’ve been. Be safe ❤️🤍💙
What was the name of the app you used to find those campgrounds? Also, we will be in the Oregon coast tomorrow, where did you see the starfish? Go Navy 🇺🇸
Wait a sec. Layla spills moms coffee on the front of her risqué top and three hours later mom is wearing the same top without a coffee stain and still drinking coffee? Don’t you have to go to a laundromat? 🧐 Anyhow, I wish there was more travel related content and less rambling. But, thanks guys.
You guys are the Dr Phil and whatever his wife’s name is of UA-cam RVers. Just constant advice about everything. Relax, most of us have had as many life experiences as you guys. Rewatch this video and see how many times you’re giving advice to the adults who watch your channel, not just about RVing, but about basic common sense life things. None of us know everything, but you’re literally telling people to “always have extra bulbs with you”. You guys act like you’re talking to children. Instead of “Finding Our Someday”, this channel should be called, “Let Us Explain to You the Proper Way to Find YOUR Someday”. It’s a little tougher to fit on a t-shirt, but a much more accurate description of this channel.
I must say that your photography is just awesome! Love the starfish and the leaping chipmunk. Every week I learn something new. You are my favorite You Tube channel!
You’re the best videographer I’ve seen on UA-cam 👍👍👍👍👍
That is a very kind compliment and I thank you!
That tide is RACING. JUST POURING IN. SO COOL.

Thanks for a great video, our someday is coming up soon.. We are currently in Brazil building our expedition 6x6 truck to travel the US and other continents.
Corey!
Your video from up above is awesome!!
plus one on the Maine coast, it's such a hidden gem. We didn't want to leave, started looking for houses on the way home. Still looking for a place for our "someday."
Wow, that multi meter from Radio Shack, that's vintage!!😀

Such a HUGE compliment! Thank you so much! We love hearing these comments and how other people are finding their SOMEDAY and getting outside! It is definitely better out there! 😊
You guys are truly inspiring. Your positive outlook on life and the achievement of personal goals is much appreciated 🤗
Classic RadioShack multimeter :). We recently found a open RadioShack in Belle Fource South Dakota when we visited the Center of the Nation Monument.
I’ve had that for like 15 years 😃
We are enjoying your tour of Maine. Hopefully we will get up there in a couple of years. My wife has never been to New England.

Yay! Atlantic Coast love!
Love this. We plan on heading to Maine in Spring 2024. Your tips and recommendations should prove invaluable. Thanks for sharing!
Oh my heart… the pictures of your girls 💕💕 their love for each other hasn’t changed at all. They are special young women. Loving this series of Maine.
I totally get what you were saying about being a photographer and having to get the shot, show the change, find the story!!! I've always said my work life could have been so much easier if I just loved accounting! But nope, I gotta tell stories. Lovely work as usual folks. Safe travels!!!
We like traveling in our motorhome but not full time-We need to come back home to the familiar and get excited to go back out again 😊🚌⭐️🇺🇸
you drove right past my parents in East Blue Hill.
Beautiful! 💜👍
Great video. Thank you. Blessings
The bay up in Castine is loaded with seals. Enjoy.

Sea Stars are always fun.
One day I will get to Maine and I will have a local showing me what to see, thanks a lot, love your channel.
Our pleasure! Hope you are able to get there SOMEDAY soon!
0:37 thank you so much for taking us on a trip through Maine.

Question? Just. how old is that Radioshack volt meter? Such wonderful photography and documentary of your journey!

We'll be there in 2 weeks. Love the Bat Harbor Area!
For years now, I’ve been wanting to travel to Maine….thank you for showing me such beauty! I’m thinking about taking a trip there next spring…..I appreciate the inspiration 🙏🏻
We'll be up there 3rd week of August looking for the Starfish
This is the best UA-cam channel about Family, travel, and RVing. Keep it up, maybe we will meet at the GD National Rally in the future.

Love this video !!

First time post.. Thank you for your parental thoughts.. Your videos inform and calm me.
Thank you all for taking us along on your Maine adventure ! I have always had Maine on the top of my list of places to explore. Safe Travels Amigos 👊

The Maine coast looks very similar to the Oregon/Washington Coasts!
Great videos!!!! What campground is that, in the first 6 seconds of this video? Thank you
Be proud of those "donuts at sunrise bellies " lol
Awesome video

You can see Canada but not Nova Scotia! Thanks for watching!
@@FindingOurSomeday thank you 💐
Cory is a phenomenal photographer and I appreciate you all so much. You inspire us to get out and see more of our beautiful country!
our goal is to travel untill we find that place we just can't leave...

1st FROM NORTH POLE ALASKA 🤘😎
Awesome! We really hope to make it back up there next year! And this time make it up to North Pole, AK!
