I am so happy to see your C0mment, Karen. I have indeed enjoyed Law even when I was still an Accounting Undergraduate. The Lord is kind enough to allow me to become a Lawyer at 47 years old, became immediately a Law Professor and BAR Reviewer after passing the BAR, became Dean after 10 years and nominated 2x as Associate Justice, Supreme Court. My UA-cam Slides is my means of reaching out to all the Underprivileged Working Students so they have a fighting chance to master the Law, in the most simple presentation, with no heavy jargons, but simply to make the Law be internalized in them. Hello my relative Randerex. I frequiently visited Davao in the early 80s and met several of our Bisquera relatives there. Their Grandparents were settlers from Abra during the Homestead Program. I am surprised you carry the correct BISQUERA because the Davao migrants added daw another "R" so they write BISQUERRA to convey to the original Clan from Abra that their roots are ILOCANO but became Cebuanos of Davao through migration.
Extend my regards to all our relatives BISQUERA there in Davao and the rest of Southern Mindanao.

You are conscientious on checking Balmore does not illustrate Impossible Crime nor Necrofilia. let me see how I can correct that wrong citation.
That is why in d BAR Exams, d Examinees are told to refrain from making citations on jurisprudence. Here in UA-cam, I equally made that mistake in wrong citation, which mistake I once made in an Exam also in Criminal Law. thank you for calling my attention.

The Pasig River and Manila Bay appear to be huge comfort rooms to so many who came from the province and are not even used to using toilets to do their thing, to settle as squatters among the urban poor. Every country has his share of these pains to include India, China, Pakistan, Indonesia.

Whoever is seeling parts of UP, you ask for a certified true copy of their Title (TCT). Them, go to UP Administration - President's Office and ask them direcrtly whether the property described in the Title is UP or private and can be sold. Remember, UP is Philippine Government Property and no one, except the PEOPLE and GOD can be higher than the Ownership of the Government under the Regalian Doctrine.
Off the record, my close relatives have a complete set of documents covering the entire BLISS area, asking me to pursue the claim because they inherited the property. I had to explain to them that malabo yung mga claims na ganoon. They were so disappointed with me because they depended on my good reputation as a lawyer to win their claim.

May karagdagan po akong tanong, sa papa ko nakapangalan ang approved survey at sa kanya rin ang tax declaration at binabayaran niya yan ng buwis taon taon, kaya lang hindi kami ang actual occupant, iba ang nakatira mahigit dalawampung taon na sila nakatira dahil nang nalaman nila wala pang titulo, ini squat nila. Sabi nila noon, aalis lang sila kung may maipakita kaming titulo na talagang amin. May pag asa pa po ba mapasaamin ang lupa? dahil kami naman nagbabayad ng buwis at approve survey ay amin naman. Yung lang po. Salamat po sana mapansin nyo ito. 🙏
