Hi, Can you change the oritenation for the cut/plot side of Cutting Master? i have graphics layed out, 300mm H x 700 W. But when I send it to cut, the software is telling me to send it into my plotter the long way, and it doesn't fit!!
I have struggled for a while trying to figure out how manually move tiles around. I tile my artwork into 2 horizontal tiles with the top one having a vertical split. I want to nest the 2 top shorter panels side by side but they are locked end to end. Any ideas? Thanks!
just changed the Blade to a newer blade, and with the same settings it had before, was not even cutting through the vinyl. I've been adjusting the settings for about and hour and it barely seems to change the pressure no matter what i do. first time encountering this issue.
I got it figured out. Once you said brackets, I realized the holder for the blade was actually sitting on top of the bracket, so it wasn't going down as far as needed to make the cuts. So once I adjusted that it was fine. Thank you very much for the help.
Hi, I've a problem, when I want to cut a desing and try to send the lines to the Cutting Master 3 program, appears a signal which says "LAUNCHER: could not connect to CorelDRAW" Do you know what it could be? Thanks!
@@jotoimagingsupplies Ok, thank you so much, I'll try this tomorrow. This is weird, because I have another pc in which the cutting master works fine with the corel (both pc have corel draw X6) so it should be working in both. But I'll try what you told me. Regards.
When I measure the vinyl with a ruler. then measure my design with a rule, and I put the data in the computer my design does not be the size I intended it to be it always comes out smaller? Why
I'm sorry I should have been more clear. I know that plotter is not meant for that, however when I put a design, that is an outline, the Cutting master makes all of the outlines an outline. So I would have double lines. I can;t figure out how to just make it draw single lined designs like they appear on my screen.
Right, but the problem is that if the design is already outlined in Illustrator and sent to Cutting Master 3, the design turns into a double outline. I assume that the program is set that way and there should be an option to change that. But I went through was seems like everything and I can't find a solution to this problem.

Can you use this software without photoshop. I create designs in a lot of free apps such as GravitDesign and etc.

im having an issue with plotter starting to cut after 2 inch of cut area. any idea how to fix the starting cut point? i really need help thanks

Hi ، I have problem when I wed it cut the near side to the sensor it wed perfect but after that it goes really bad like it didn't cut . Please help 😭
