I didn't have the Test Cut option either - but that at least appeared to be because I put the cutter in the Simple Mode as per the previous video - when I turned the Simple Mode off the PC Studio had all the buttons that were previously missing.

What about cutting controller on Mac! The instructions don’t mention how to find it!
I downloaded the MAC version off of their website. Works great.
