What a minter. Love that fretboard. Plenty of tonal options on that one Nice 60's Jangle too, as put to good use by the Fab four and the Byrds as I recall. Another nice informative demo, Gary, as usual. Cheers
Hi Bob and thanks :-) I thought the pickup configuration plus the blend knob might've been tricky to use but it's quite intuitive after a couple of minutes. I was astonished by the power output - highest I've ever seen! Cheers, Gary :-)
Hi Gary, what a fantastic instrument. I thought it sounded great with a bit of distortion but where it really comes into it's own is on the clean sounds.I think that blend gizmo is a great thing to have to get those clean strum tones sounding just how you'd like them. It's a bit pricey but I can see why some folks would want to part with their hard earned cash for one of these.
Hi Mr Whitesnake and thanks :-) It's a lovely thing to play. As for the 3rd nut it reminds me of Beavis's "Testes, testes, one, two.....three?????" Hahahahaha. Cheers, Gary :-)
Hi Nick :-) Hmm, never had an issue with tuning stability on anything particularly. Guitarists are famously annoying for constantly tuning up but the key is to stretch all the strings in after you've put new ones on. A jolly good bit of bendage usually sorts them out! Cheers, Gary :-)

Don't know why I like them so much - I've never played one😄.
Hi AhYes :-) The action is so low you'll change key if you sneeze! They just look cool IMO. Cheers, Gary :-)
@@FoxysGuitarShow The aesthetics are what do it for me - if it could sound like a Les Paul, though...
Hi, I am new to your channel. You are a talented guitarist and presenter. The reviews you do are fantastic. 👍
Hi MS and thanks :-) More six stringed tomfoolery on the way! Cheers, Gary :-)

Hi Rod :-) They really ooze quality. As for the price.....well, one could always sell the other kidney hahahahaha. Cheers, Gary :-)
That is a damm fine instrument.
Excellent review!
It's really a player's guitar .
I'd give a 3rd nut for one, but...😅
Cheers!

Had a friend who was really into Rickenbackers but fell out with them . Says if you left the room you had to retune it again ? No idea tbh 🤷
