I am so glad you are here, I did not know this was your account and thought I could not reach you to tell this, please block my profile both on Facebook and Instagram because the hacker has complete control of it. I reported already to facebook and instagram, I thought would have been immediate, instead I have not been having any results for days, because I found that, once you are logged out of the system, there is no way you can reach Facebook or Instagram because they don't have a phone number, and they don't have a customer service account. I explained this already on emails I sent on Saturday, and they didn't do anything. I could contact only the friends I had phone numbers to warn them, that I did as soon as I realized that Facebook and Instagram were not doing anything. I also contacted Cyber Crime UK and now they are investigating the issue. I found the only way to get control of your hacked profile, once you are logged out, is to file a customer complaint to the Attorney General of the Department of Justice of the State of California, for failure of Facebook to act adequately upon reporting of hacked Facebook profile. So I contacted them, but they told me that this service is available only to people living in the USA. I got hacked by the account of my uncle who, for pure coincidence, is visiting his son in Los Angeles, so he is going today in person to a Police Station in L.A. to try to understand what to do. The worst part of all is that I don't have the phone numbers of many people I have on facebook, and I can't do anything to warn them about the scamming. I still consider myself lucky because I don't have many details on facebook and I don't have any kids yet, but I am asking to all my friends to delete all their personal details from Facebook and Instagram (e.g. date of birth, city where they live, etc.), as the fear of people getting scammed for giving money is already absolutely awful, but most importantly of all, I am asking them to delete any photos of their kids or any other kids, because is absolutely frightening what a hacker could do with any photos of kids on facebook accounts, without Facebook and Instagram doing anything to intervene. I don't care of my facebook or instagram account being completely deleted, I am most worried of the consequences of inability of Facebook and Instagram to act immediately upon hacking report
