Aggregate plastering work is carried out in Raja Veedu located in Tirunelveli district of Tamil nadu. Despite the project's location in a very dense region, exposed aggregate plastering is used to preserve the streetscape's authenticity.. the finished product was stunning and distinctive in Tirunelveli's main thoroughfare.
MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR AGGREGATE PLASTERING:
CEMENT
TILE ADHESIVE
6MM AGGREGATE OR COLOUR CHIPS
SPONGE
BRUSH
P.SAND
TROWELS
TILE GUARD
STEP 1: Mix Cement and tile adhesive in the ratio of 1:2 Apply the paste in the cement finished layer for 5mm Dry it for 10minutes
STEP 2: Mix Cement,Sand and Baby jalli in the ratio of 1:1:3 Make the mix harder as concrete and apply it in the wall with the Mason trowel
STEP 3: Dry it for 1 hour
STEP 4: Gentle rub the surface with the Shoe brush cleaner and make a depth so that the baby jalli get popped.
STEP 5: Clean it with the water absorbed sponge. Dry it for 6 hours Curing for 3 days is mandatory
STEP 6: Apply 2-3 coats of tile Guard - Навчання та стиль
