Where they live after getting married ?
In many countries like Pakistan,India the bridge's parents gave things that are essential for living such as the furniture, box etc.
Does the bride give this stuff in America too?

Most of the time the bridal shower and bachelorate party are very different. The bridal shower has mothers, grandmothers, aunts, female cousins, sister, and female friends. The bachelorate party is where the bride and her bridesmaids hang out, traditionaly going to bars and stuff but not always.

Lol yeah thank you. My partner and I are planning to get married and are not sure to do an American or Mexican wedding haha. It’ll probably be a hybrid of both… Still confused, there’s an engagement ring and a wedding ring right? Ugh lol

Yep, usually both. But the engagement ring is usually the nice one. Wedding bands are often just simple gold bands (although mine is dinosaur bone)
