You can tell the guy isn't really a car guy. I hate it when people don't let their vehicle idle down before putting it in gear. Horrible on the drivetrain, especially the torque converter.
Well I can tell your not a car guy, whats the different's from doing a burnout, or launching a car. Your just some old fuck that drives slow not enjoying your car. Though I don't care for trucks, that truck is made to be beat on, it's a raptor not a blue Prius that you drive.
meade816 So you rev your car up to 3k then drop it in Drive? THATS the difference from a burnout son. I've been racing longer than you've been driving. jameswoodsist what craftsmanship? the Ford build or the fact that these guys could not care less? more or less i have seen Fords take damage and still function within factory specs...or did you make that comment because you do not like Ford?
in general my experience with fords (the consumer vehicles not the industrial or commercial ones at least) are garbage. they are cheaply made and poorly engineered. the raptor in particular may in fact be a fine vehicle but honestly it would surprise me.
jameswoodsist what did not surprise me...is that he slipped coming off of the rack...the raptor is wider than the average pickup...as far as the quality of a Ford...that is simply your opinion, bought my grandmother one and she loves it!

Emilio Gonzales, yeah because scratches and possibly dents are the same thing as poop that can be washed off.
@@TheUnriashol - I want a discount at the dealer for this one
@@emiliogonzales1852 Stupid comparison. Care to try again after 6 years?
That is actually very common with the raptors... there isn’t ever any damage when it comes off the ramp like that and all the dealer does is touch up the paint on the axle..
But Dude, did you get it on video?
Way to spot and help the driver not damage the vehicle.Moron videos, instead.
dad got his Gen 1 raptor that I now own 12 years ago cant belive how fast time flys. still the best looking raptor to me.
Lucky you bought American. If that would have been a tundra the frame would have collapsed.
tundra is American made ...in san Antonio,tx
Japanese company and only assembled in America. Try to load a ton of block in the bed of a Toyota and watch the frame flex, when you can do that to a Dodge, Ford, or Chevy and have no issues.
I’ve put a few hundred K on both Chevys and Toyotas. I’ll take my Toyota over another Chevy any day of the week, thanks.
“ it’s pretty wide”💀💀💀
He's probably the boss of the transport dept now a days! Behaves like he never made a mistake and has done it all!
Typical boss!
You can tell the guy isn't really a car guy. I hate it when people don't let their vehicle idle down before putting it in gear. Horrible on the drivetrain, especially the torque converter.
I hear ya. It's not just cars.
My friend holds it off rev limter and puts it in drive... 4.0 ford ranger. Hes been beating the piss out of it for about 20k and it still runs fine...
You should get out and enjoy cars; maybe even learn how to drive stick since you obviously dont know how. And by the way, I daily drive a '94 F-150 with a 3.6 Kenne Bell that puts out over 700 horses and runs low 9's. And also, I'm not even 21 years old yet. I've just been around cars and motor vehicles my whole life since I was born into a racing family. And I wouldn't admit to driving a Prius on here son. People gonna make fun of you for that. You'll learn someday.
B0SSNINE haha didn't know the camera man attached a rev gauge to the video. I don't care how much HP your truck has, I have many cars and can give you a run for your money with my supercharges caddy sts. Also to quote me " it's a raptor not a blue Prius that you drive. " I said "that you drive" so you couldn't understand me shows you don't understand the video. I'm 27 with two kids etc with plenty of cars and I'm already retired, just bought a ocean front home in FL. Your the only person complaing how the guy put the car in reverse. It's not a pissing contest nor who has the bigger dick. If your into racing you would know starting a car and putting it into gear doesn't really hurt anything. I bet you he didn't get near 3k in RPMS.
It's got a skid plate guys, relax.
Yeah a skid plate made of plastic.

he did not wait to stop the damage. he has did this all before. a master at unloading.
I saw what was going to happen before he even started it up .... O_o
AND THE CROWD GOES MILD
All those guys standing around watching and NO ONE was guiding the driver. SMH
Id have them load it back up and bring me a new one.
I'm not sure if he got it on video? 🤔
This guy's line for life "I got it on video" I hope that's all his friends ever say to him,,,,,over and over.
Say “I got that on video.” again
The truck is built to take 50ft jumps and keep going I don't think a 12 inch drop off a ramp will hurt it
a 10ft jump turns the frame into a banana, the raptor is garbage
+Devinv what makes you think that
+richie rich Google raptor bent frame, ford advertised a desert runner but really it's a show truck
+Devinv that's y u get a raptor that was built before 2011 I'm a ford fan but they fucked up when they went to all aluminum frame and body on their f series
+richie rich ford admitted it was a design failsafe in the raptor. they say it's the owners fault for jumping it as it was advertised to do, and the owner gets to foot the bill to straighten the frame.
Here's your new Truck~ always pampered and never abused~ we are a #1 ford dealer~ lmao
Title should read..."This is how NOT to be a MAN and stop your filming to lend a hand" Yell or wave your hands to let the guy know he was unloading off-center. Be a Man.
not a wimpy nerd
Clean Carfax
Ahhh the holidays bring out the best in some people, but obviously not in your case. Nice profile pic, NOT!
Jeez, I remember when the raptor was new... Its very strange to think that its been over a decade since then now lol
Put it back on the truck, send me a new one
it is a Ford...pretty sure it can handle a little scrape like tht....
saying its a ford and then accrediting anything other than poor craftsmanship is a bit of an oxymoron.
jameswoodsist what craftsmanship? the Ford build or the fact that these guys could not care less? more or less i have seen Fords take damage and still function within factory specs...or did you make that comment because you do not like Ford?
in general my experience with fords (the consumer vehicles not the industrial or commercial ones at least) are garbage. they are cheaply made and poorly engineered. the raptor in particular may in fact be a fine vehicle but honestly it would surprise me.
jameswoodsist what did not surprise me...is that he slipped coming off of the rack...the raptor is wider than the average pickup...as far as the quality of a Ford...that is simply your opinion, bought my grandmother one and she loves it!
yeah it is wide but any decent person/experinced vehicle shipper will walk over and guide someone pulling a truck off of a trailer. it shouldnt have fallen off. as for your grandmother im glad she likes her car but that doesnt mean its any good lol
And the "I got that on video" award goes to.... This guy, for getting that on video.
I got it on video... HEHEHEHEH
HUEHUEHUE
Fu*k.... to bad you didn't get it on video........
"I got that on video". Well that's all that matters!
Why did you turn, why did you fucking turn!?!?
Send it back it bent The whole front end
That truck has skid plates where it landed on the ramp. Also, the front end should be fine except for all the scratched paint and bent plastic.
exactly my point fords are plastic
thenewimahich so are chevy and dodge. plastic is most of the cars today and even then they are getting rid of plastic
Only thing that's plastic on my dodge ram 2500 is the cab lol
thenewimahich dont ram have some kind of synthetic fabric thats supposed to be green friendly or something? i was looking at a 2014 2500 myself and the guy threw out some babble about the fabric on the doors and stuff lol. like i said its all gonna go soon it will be some bamboo steel mix xD but i do love the new 2500 diesel 4x4 idc what it has as long as it puts in work and does it well
Tundra baby, Tundra!
Wouldn't hurt the truck in the least. But I wouldn't buy a "new" truck with undercarriage scratches.
I was just recommended this 10 year old video and you were too.
I like how the driver still looks in front like he didnt just grind up that underside
ouch i hope they gave you some kind of discount, at least it had the brush plates underneath! nice truck
In 2006 I bought a new ford had 3 miles on it at 20,000 I started having drivetrain issues. After endless repairs and 7 years later a friend working at ford gave me the work history. It got damaged unloading was sent to ford repair/ auction facility was repaired and sold to me as a new truck. I confronted dealer and he said it was still a new truck because it was a factory ford repair facility.. gotta love it
It has skid plates for hitting rocks offroading I'm sure it was fine
“Hey did you get it on video?”
