And if you turn the Drive knob all the way up as you low the Gain to avoid unwanted distortion you will get a fabulous vintage tone/eq out of the Drive knob...
My question also. This one says it runs 500 watts in a 4 ohm speaker and 250 watts on a 8 ohm. I’m assuming it’s safe to use either but you’ll get less power through the smaller cabinet
You can plug one 4ohm cab or 2x 8ohm cabs in to it, they’ll get 250w each; regardless of how big they are. If you wanted to add a big cab and a small cab, youd be better off going for the Tone Hammer 700 as that will accept a 4ohm cab and an 8ohm cab, and will send twice the power to the 4ohm cab than to the 8ohm cab. The 700 will also power 3x 8ohm cabs.
I’ve heard much better things about the TC heads than their combos. I’ve had good results from running my rumble’s drive channel into a sans amp with the gain on 0 via the effects loop, really cuts what i don’t want and boosts what i do
Just got my tone hammer 🔨 500 last week . I’ve played every amp imaginable. Let me clarify a misperception…. Just cause one amp rated with higher wattage don’t mean it’s louder . Educate yourself !!! Also for me I’m not trying to play that loud …. Just loud enuff for me stay in mix without overpowering the band . There is nothing more irritating then hearing great band and one of the instruments overpowering whole band . My 2nd point is I’m not saying tone hammer is greatest Amp ever made … what I am saying is if you play r&b…. Funk …… blues …. Jazz … this amp will take your tone to whole new level with 500 watts of ball busting power . Don’t let 500 watts fool ya . Also this demo doesn’t do tone hammer 500 Justice .
OMG,... that hair is freekn awesome!!! LOL! Ok,... so Aguilar is good and probably a good buy,... but I have a Peavey max mini,... it's rated at 1000watts and has sonic capabilities the Aguilar can only dream of.... sorry,... Peavey is the one! No contest!
This amp sucks when compared to my Markbass Little Tube, been doing a lot of comparison lately. Aguilar is flat, boring, compressed and soulless in comparison....
Came for the review. Stayed for the mane. I'm impressed. Great interview, review and bass playing. I'll be sure to stop in if I'm ever in Nashville 🤘
Mine sounded nothing like it maybe they got another pedal attached.
Party in the back, idk what is going on on the front. Lol. Much love bruh
No one knows but no one complains when he hit a wrong note.

First bit sounded really woolly!
The rest ??? Xdd
You guys seem like genuinely down-to-earth cool cats
Introducing Super Mullet.
sorry for the ignorance. If I have a 500 watts head amp, can I connect it with a bigger and smaller cab? or there is any limitation? thanks

I have this bass head and abslute awesome headroom
Now that's what I call a haircut.
Digital amps do not get wooly in the right way. My TC combo sounds like that. Clear, toney, but disto freqs are wrong.

Omg, all this is is an ad for the music store, NOT the actual amp. Silly….
im glad customgrow420 was able to reorient himself after youtube deleted his channel.
Bruh.... that gd hair...... lmao. I love it.
