Love the hair geetar man ! Great video.
Can’t do the hair lmao 😂
Thanks for posting this fun interview.
Anyone watching this please google the name Balthazar Bratt Tell me thats not him!
that thing has 12 ax7 preamp tubes? shit, that's a lot!
I have to wonder if this guy has ever seen a guitar before. Or a barber.
Quiff - tastic!
I’m probably the only one in the comments who knows Steve’s old Bus Driver.. Beck Collin’s.. and Sano Music
this guy can sell ice cubes to Eskimos!!! LOL
But the amp does sound killer
My UA-cam channel is named after my own version: Can't Play For Sh1+. 😄
What a wonderful interview!! Thank you!!
Coifitude dude!
Steve.has..won..a.few..!!!!
I want to know if the Barbie movie was your story, or if they perverted my story on purpose. And I want to see y’all and look you in the eyes and see if y’all believe I’m Christ the king or Brendan Fraser the whale. You know why I am not sweating the pressure of the satanic political system that wants me dead? I’ve been dead and I know who I am. And I know that in the end, I have all the time in the world and I am immortal.
Are y’all being used and harmed because y’all love me? If so, tell them you want to see me and there will be consequences if y’all aren’t allowed to see me. And are y’all telling people I’m gay? Y’all know that’s not true. I want to know what the truth is about the situation and I know for a fact that Nikki can’t look me in the eyes and lie to me.
When are y’all gonna talk to me? I’m tired of the proxy stuff and I’d like to talk to y’all in person. Are y’all interested in me for love or money? It bothers me that people accuse me of “cheating” when I’m just talking to people and working things out. I understand that things are much more complicated than these simple group divisions. I’m not interested in a vampire future. How about y’all?
Simply amazing. One of my musical heroes

Great video, I gave you a like. Carbon fiber is better and MUCH more expensive to make than wood. Pianos have been around for centuries, there are now space age materials that could be used in pianos. I can't see why high end $200k+ pianos don't go an extra $25k and use materials that are better and last longer. Felt on hammers and elsewhere? Why, moths love to eat them. How about synthetic fibers that are just as firm/plyable/voiceable but will last longer and won't distort/wear easily over time. Also felt bushings? These are simply antiquated low friction bearings. Stienway tried Teflon bushings but stopped using them because when the wood changed temperature or humdity would cause the pins to tighten/loosen.... duh... it called thermal rate of expansion differences. If they hired a mechnical engineer they would have found that most of the action would have to be made of Teflon or Delrin. Yes, it would be expensive, but a piano is not built for price first, it is sound first, repeatability, and durability. Can you imagine Delrin keys that NEVER warp, split, and are not effected by temperature and humidity changes. Kwai is smart to put a steel stiffener in the key slip.
Tell whoever is preventing you from doing so that I want to speak with you.
Still waiting for that call
Wow, being an Indianapolis boy myself now living south of Nashville I've always wanted to meet the personal side of Steve and the long road that took him where he is today. Funny that back in the mid-80's I was driving an oil truck in Noblesville and when Steve's music would come on WFMS, I'm like yeah home town boy made it big time. What I never knew was his connection to Dottie West (cousin) and Larry Gatlin, Kenny Rogers and that whole clan. This was the period when country was great. I did not want this interview to end because I was ready to sit another 3-hours just listening to Steve's stories and hear him play. Also glad to see Steve's son is also in the business which I didn't know until now. I got a laugh about Dottie's Ovation getting smashed which ironically I also have Ovation Celebrity CC-44 blue quilt top which I would be devastated if anything happened to it which is strange as I am a piano guy, not a guitar guy but I still have one which is always within arms reach. Just wish I could play it like Steve does. I hope there will be more stories and interviews with Steve and maybe too some collaborations between Steve and his son together.
Love the wobbly stuff! 🤣 The additional pick-up configurations are terrific, the Bridge + Neck setting is lovely for chimey chordal stuff, perfect if you are going thru a Leslie!
Are you allowed to talk to me but you’re just avoiding me or what?
You guys seem like genuinely down-to-earth cool cats
Thank you for another great video
Excellent video! I am surprised that it is not properly promoted. Thank you for such clear and well delivered presentation. Michael
There is JUST somethin about that DRUM Covering Finish.
I have the earlier G6129TL. The finish is gorgeous.
Is it like a metal manhole cover pattern?
@@lcglazer fractured Pearl, drum covering material. Smooth to the touch.
Has a 3 dimensional Quality to it.
Wayne Static's country cousin.
Steve never got the respect he deserved in Nashville
First bit sounded really woolly!
The rest ??? Xdd
I can't trust anyone with that hairstyle
Great stories! Great playing! 🎸
Why can’t this guitar shop be near? I would visit if I was going out for some milk.
My first session was with my Dad, I was in 6th grade. Say no more.
Two empty chairs in the second row? How does that happen?
CGP.
The way you describe the amp reminds me of Dave Allen teaching his son to read time.
In case you're wondering, the band's name was misspelled. It should be Talos. The horse was named after a giant from Greek myths.
That bass looks just as big as him 😂 he must be 4'9 or 5ft
Came for the guitar, stayed for the hair
Steve is not just some average singer who happens to play a little guitar...he is a GREAT singer, songwriter who plays REALLY GREAT guitar !! The very definition of a "triple threat" musical artist.
Glad this guy got himself in out if that strong wind.
I love you dude but realy keep the vids under 15 mins and ill watch every on rock on my friend
Billy is truly a “4 string maestro” as written on his wrist band.
I saw his performance recently and thought that he is still so sexy!!!
Unbelievable how Steve can play and sing. Kind regards from Holland.
sorry for the ignorance. If I have a 500 watts head amp, can I connect it with a bigger and smaller cab? or there is any limitation? thanks
My question also. This one says it runs 500 watts in a 4 ohm speaker and 250 watts on a 8 ohm. I’m assuming it’s safe to use either but you’ll get less power through the smaller cabinet
You can plug one 4ohm cab or 2x 8ohm cabs in to it, they’ll get 250w each; regardless of how big they are. If you wanted to add a big cab and a small cab, youd be better off going for the Tone Hammer 700 as that will accept a 4ohm cab and an 8ohm cab, and will send twice the power to the 4ohm cab than to the 8ohm cab. The 700 will also power 3x 8ohm cabs.
What in the hell is on his head?
Don’t think I’ll be visiting lane music any time soon
