Only academy sports I’ve ever seen rough riders that cheap, get a whole gun for the price of couple boxes of ammo 😂 I might get that & the 5.56 ammo. 22 revolvers are some of the only 22’s you don’t gotta worry about

Just FYI yall id avoid AAC ammo until PSA puts out some announcement saying their ammo blowing up issues have been fixed. There have been too many recently that have been happening.
I’ve e been running .45acp AAC 230grain with no issues yet but thanks for the heads up!

@@aaron527It's a couple people complaining about the 55 grain AAC 556. From what was said, they haven't had any problems out of the 77 grain OTM. Personally load my rounds into my magazine one at a time so I can inspect and look at every damn round before I put them in my guns. .
I’ve never heard of any recalls or anything.

Well you probably should at some point pair that gun with a good mid-tier scope. For budget, the Vortex Strike Eagle LPVOs are coming in a good prices right now. On PSA you can get a 1-8 for under $300 after code. Optics planet has an FDE 1-6 Strike Eagle for like $230 right now I think. The Sig Tango 1-6 FDE would color match that gun the best but I myself don’t care for their budget optics.

Ok, also check out Midway, they have some good prices. If you have aM10 I bought a 5x25 Vortex for long range, your choice.
Like this guy above said. MidwayUSA sometimes has great deals on good quality scopes. They usually have some Vortex Viper lineup of scopes cheaper than anyone. Now I’ve never bought anything off EuroOptic but I’ve heard that they sometimes have very good deals as well.
If you’re new to the optics world, seems like a lot of these guys are recommending vortex, which is budget relative to the nightforce and S&B prices, look into ARKEN. Just watch some reviews of ARKEN vs Vortex. I’ve got an ARKEN EP5 on my Ruger precision rifle chambered in 300 PRC and it’s amazing. All of my buddies have been slapping Arken on their new builds. The best bang-for-buck scopes out there

PSA sales actually suck. Same prices they always have.
Ya it’s all a marketing gimmick. They never have any real sales. They just mark up the OG prices during the holidays to make the sale prices look “cheap” but in reality it’s the same price as the OG price was a week earlier.
The actual deals are buried. Some of the fugly Dagger slides with the sight in front of the optic mount were like $165, which is lower than normal for sure. Some were even RMR
Just bought a PSA AR15 CTR EPT lower in ODG that was listed as 260+ for the past few months and now at 160. They do what you say for some products, but they 100% do have actual sale prices for others.
Most of what they list is like that to make people think they are slagging prices… like their AR they sell for $570ish always has the price $999 crossed out but it was never that price… however they do have thing on sale you just have to look for them like the vortex strikefire II red/green dot i just bought from them for $100
The best feature of the Rough Rider is it makes a great paperweight properly casted.
