Congratulations on the new car. I would’ve beyond pissed if I found the car had been in a wreck and repainted with a clear carfax. Just reinforced my Carvana fears
Thanks. Yeah a bit frustrating but it seems minor. According to the inspector they see the same from any dealer. He said he’s seen dealers damage cars, fix it and not report it. Reporting damage to Carfax is not a legal requirement.

Did they ask u to hand them your vehicle registration when they took your vehicle? Or just went off what u sent them during purchase?
No It was all provided online. I showed them the insurance for the new car on site and signed some papers that was it

How is the car paying experience going a month later.. im thinking of getting a van ..
I’m am still pretty happy. Haven’t got the plates yet but Carvana has submitted to tx dmv so I should have them soon. Car runs great and I’m good shape. There is one minor concern I have with the clutch pedal but I have 30days left of the Carvana warranty so I’ll probably get it looked at.
FYI I have purchased two dodge caravans from my local carmax and had decent experiences as well.
@@DADMOBILE_Garage I like the part of really not having to deal with someone physically. Was CarMax the same, did they give any kind of warranty. ? I'm in-between a dodge caravan and a cargo type van .
I did have a sales person at carmax but they didn’t seem like the typical dealership person. Less annoying, quicker overall. I believe they will deliver to your house too. I don’t recall what the warranty was, but both vans were still under dodge warranty when purchased. Good luck!
