Their biggest problem is surviving the necessary 13 - 15 minimum years required to raise and protect the new generation, afterwhich point reproduction would only multiply with successive generations. I dont find this particularly funny only because, it is hardly realistic. Sure, the people in charge are often silly, but they are not stupid enough to enter a foreign environment without a means to protect themselves. It would have been better if they came with guns.
I love how in the end, these politicians and millionaires forgot that money doesn't equal immunity. The wildlife doesn't care about their status on their other planet nor their wealth. They are weak, cowardly prey. And these people are so used to a life if luxury and power over others, they can't see their inevitable doom. And since they're mostly old people and have 0 tools or resources to survive and build a new civilization, there is a 100% chance none of them survived. Tbh this was a very satisfying fate for these scumbags. All their wealth and power, stripped and at the mercy of a new hostile planet that only sees them as food

The movie was AMAZING! I loved it! It was very well done. I am the biggest fan of end of the world movies, and this was my fave. It had a mixture of everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love how accurately all these rich ceos, politicians, lobbyists don’t even freak too much out about a person being mauled to death right in front of them. Also I find it funny that colonising a planet is basically jumping from Stone Age to present day using technology, knowledge of civilisation, simulated training and the people chosen to colonise planet are just bunch of rich people past their prime, without any survival training or useful skills to build civilisation. If there weren’t wild animals to munch on them, Lord of the flies scenario would happen since these are all power hungry sociopaths without anyone to command.
