Da Nang definitely one of the top places to travel and live in Vietnam if not in the whole SE Asia. Next to Hai Van Pass and Hue I assume (beautiful road and city with all the sights as well).

They probably ban automatics because there is no engine braking on the way down. Those little drum brakes will cook, stop working and you become a free-wheeling missile..

I get the 3 month visa from the official site, about $50 and get it with 3 days generally
