Thanks, definitely going to watch this tonight! Also, I would love to see an updated HU-1H version some day. While it's nice and lightweight, it is starting to look a bit outdated.
I just bought one 2 days ago. bought it just so i can be a gunner lol! looks like loads of fun. I'm a fixed-wing pilot. bet ya can't wait for the mighty APACHE!
+GrimReapersAtomic *Tek Creations has the UH-1H Huey Left Pedestal UHF-Armament USB Controller* for the center console of a 'pit for the Bell Helicopter Textron 206. VIRPIL® Controls has a collective arm in the works, the Rotor TCS Plus, which packs a condition twist-grip in addition to the collective-pitch lift sensor. I anticipate that February 2021 will have a usable combo control group from Virpil consisting of the Rotor TCS Plus packing the Hawk-60™ grip (barring availability of a Huey-40 collective switch pod), a MongoosT-50CM® gimbal with the WarBRD™ grip on a 200mm extension arm for the cyclic, the WarBRD™ rudder bar for the tail-rotor pitch, and the Control Panel #1 for the balance of the engine controls.
Thanks. Flying the Huey and having a gas. But I can't find how to hand over controls to copilot for the UN Pilot mission and I didn't see you pointing out the switch. Any idea?
Great video. I have a few questions....how to you get rid of the co pilot? how do you pull up the checklist? Is it possible to get rid of the "crew status"? and can you have the doors removed?
Hi Cap, I am looking for a bit of advice from you and the crew or the valued viewers but I have recently had to have an above knee amputation of my left leg. I am now thankfully on the slow road to recovery which gives me a lot of time to play DCS to help take my mind off the long days but I am struggling to do the rudder controls for the Helios and the jets. I have the TM warthog throttle and joystick but I cant use my rudder pedals anymore. Any advice guys will be greatly appreciated
Hey Phil I am glad that you are otherwise OK. Before I got pedals I used an X-56 stick. Not as good as the TM but it does have Z-axis twist, I used this for me rudder.
If i only had three modules to choose for life, this would be one of them.. Love this module, so fun to fly!
Agree Bradley and I feel the same for AJS 37 Viggen, so relaxing to fly.

Look like part of the collective is made out of wood.
Cork on the throttle.
oh fascinating. I assume this is for better grip?
@@Codebreakerblue I'm not sure.
