I love the way this PV is structured. It’s almost like the singer (Meiko in this case) is telling the audience a story of the darkest point in her life, and how she recovered. Edit: I know that’s not literally what happens in the song, but all songs are stories. It feels like a different narrative framing than what you’d expect, is what I’m saying.
Tho in reality I think it was about the story of someone's husband who passed away far from the wife and she loved him so much she could not recover mentally and trust started to drink day in and out until she passed on as well...
She didn’t recover, she committed suicide. She regrets taking her life because her worst fear came true, being forgotten. But she still waits for the moment she gets to meet him again

And at the end when she is saying "Thank you", she is thinking about her partner, _remembering_ all the time they spent together and the warmth of their hand in hers right before she kills herself.
