Hey. For my outcast 8s I’m using the xlx2 1100kv motor. 39/39.
the motor pinion is wobbling a bit.
Not a bad sound or anything while driving but could this be a bent motor shaft?
Also the main gear seem to have to much play.
Any tips to fix this or is it not that big problem? Thanks

So what other mods do you have ? Your Temps were really low I just put the 39 tooth spur in my wife's 8s outcast can't wait to run it, hers is stock other then the new spur
That was all at that time. It was winter so I had no problem with temps but definitely keep an eye on them. Probably should upgrade the fans on the motor and esc.

Depends on how big your packs are, I run two, 3s, 5000mAh packs in my outcast 6s with a 14 tooth pinion and it hasn't overheated on me. So I'm sure you'll be fine, but always keep an eye on temps.
Did you order the motor fans? Should be fine just watch your tenps.
@@heavymetalrc7520 just came back from hobby shop. Picked up a heat sink with dual fans, rpm front bumper, and HR front and rear hinge pin braces. Installing everything now. Gonna got to a bmx track tmrw to test it out. Ill try and record something and post a video on my channel

That temp device is broken! I cleary more then 35celcius i am running. same car with 23t pinion/47 spur and and i getting 50-55celcius. I cam going up to 28t pinion

Not sure, the high speed pinion that comes with the truck.
I'm curious why the 39 spur instead of the 47 stock spur?

@@heavymetalrc7520 so that's what I'm trying to find out I'm still running 47t spur and 34t pinion but I want a little more so i was thinking about going 39t spur and staying with 34t pinion. Do u know if that will change the speed much?
@@pfunk72 hell yeah it will. But you better watch the temps. That gearing will heat up the electronics for sure. I usually run high gearing like that in winter time.
