They also need to buff the snipers ads so they feel snappy and update mw2 snipers so they one shot without explosive ammo.
I would love to use the fjx imperium since it is one of the best feeling snipers, used to run it with explosive ammo for a few weeks when warzone 2 got the mw3 update.

It's only dumb if you think about the gamers' perspective. But from a monetary view, it makes perfect sense to reintroduce a classic, sentimental meta so people get on that hype train and buy the battle pass.
another problem i will say is people know how the kar98 functions now some players have been using it for years to the point where they are so comfortable they often rarely miss sure that isn't the average player but even 1.5 kd players will often down you from a single headshot due ti the experience, stats compared to other snipers and ease of use of the gun especially with aim assist just means the gun supersedes its competitors at long and mid range even close if u land a shot then switch to your smg and with ar's being nowhere near as easy to use slight misses with it against a kar98 allow them to land an easy down
I agree and disagree with this because of One singular reason, as it sits currently from what I last checked the Kar98k is a marksman rifle and not a sniper.
It's bolt action it's different, the other bolt action marksman rifles are also supposed to but there to lazy to buff them

So my kar98 this past few weeks has been considerably the weakest gun in the game because on the stat thing it says I maxed out the entire damage and all that but it instead has not one shotted throughout the entire time I’ve used it
All bolt action rifles and even semi auto/ burst rifles need to be buffed. The Lockwood mk2 can’t even one shot to the chest in regular multiplayer. I hate that some guns can’t even be moderately used in war zone.
It can’t do this cause of the mw3 health boost. That’s why almost all mw2 guns are very lackluster

I tried to get one trick on the MTZ in multiplayer and i regret every second I spent trying to get it on the MTZ this shitty gun needs 7 Bullets to kill anyone in multiplayer, it took me 1 week to get one trick

Kar doesn’t need a nerf, the snipers need a buff. The fact that the XRK and the Victus are practically the exact same gun but one can’t one shot and the other can is absurd. Any non spammable sniper should one shot (so the LAB, MCPR, Intervention, SPX, and the Victus) without Explosive rounds.
your solution to the 1 shot gun problem is to add more 1 shot guns? You want warzone to just be a bunch of people posted up with snipers? Do you suck at running at around with an AR or LMG?

its a 1 shot gun in warzone where every long range option takes 8+ bullets to down. Im going to just duck behind cover everytime you shoot me a few times with your AR and keep lobbing in homerun shots towards you with my sniper until finally 1 of the 12 shots i shoot hits you for all your health

Warzone 2 and 3 just isn’t it. The ADS speed, the horrendous movement, all of it promotes the most toxic camping and packing playstyles that just doesn’t make the game fun at ANY skill level. Someone should attempt to bring back MW-VG WZ. It’s just better.
People forget the kar was one shot headshot at infinite range in wz1 pre nerf and no one complained.

people complained thats why they have nerfed snipers and why we played almost all of wz2 with no 1 shot snipers. Was so nice being able to run around and not worry about some bot a mile away just lobbing in homerun shots until 1 connects or they hit me in the toe twice.
@@TPackers In my opinion they should nerf bullet velocity so the gun isn‘t a laser and you have to actually aim really high above the enemy. Maybe reduce one shot range by 10m and reduce auto aim on it since it’s a marksam rifle and has stronger auto aim than any sniper.
That way you need actual skill to snipe someone far away and on close range it‘s viable if you can quick scope and deserve the kill because you are actually good.

@@Lucas_Fuentes-runs no it doesn’t, but this new kar has more range than the Swiss the one shot headshot range if you’re using the meta build is 85 meters where as the Swiss only could down people with one shot 62.3 meters. I think your not using a good build tbh

Full agree with you the Kar doesn’t need nerfing. AR’s desperately need bringing back into the game, criminal one not being meta at the minute.
Don’t forget about bullet recoil deviation. The guns had the same recoil 9/10 times so if you were good enough in WZ1, you could pick people of head glitches much easier than in WZ now. Also bullet velocity in WZ1 was much faster for AR and LMGs and they were way more accurate. This Kar is way stronger than the other because the guns are less accurate and bullets are much slower. Either, every single gun needs a massive buff to recoil patterns and bullet velocity, or the kar needs to be nerfed HEAVILY
I've spent a ton of time pouring thru the games stats on weapons and theres two things that bother the absolute hell out of me.
1: AR category effective ranges are absolute garbage. A 5.56 should have an effective range of 100m no matter what. Anything in the AR catgory is well below 60 without attachements that barely bring that up.
2: The damages for all weapons across the board needs fixing.
Any 2 weapons firing the same bullets have drastically different damages at the same ranges.
Snipers, BR, AR, and MR categories are inconsistent as hell.
Devs need an entire overhaul.
Seems like of 150 guns only 15 get used regularly. The rest have been nerfed out to irrelevancy.
They need to lower health in wz and multiplayer. I’m sick of having to dump 8-9 rounds in everyone no matter the range yet I die in 4. The 150hp is dumb, I don’t miss many shots either, usually chest or neck hits.
Love you tcap, but this is just wrong. If you could put a good player against themselves and give one version a kar98 and the other a buffed, no recoil, high bullet velocity AR the version with the kar98 will always win. Being that you only need one shot.
The Problem with the Kar is that it is op and annoying in multyplayer.
Since MP is the main game (wich you also paid for), weapon balancing should focus first on MP, then Warzone. So yes, it needs the nerf
I normally play everyday and I’m taking a break until Wednesdays update if that tells you anything. I don’t disagree that the meta is very stale right now and I don’t even think a nerf to kar will fix that. How does activision not see a problem with everyone running virtually the same exact loadout for the past 2 seasons. It was the DG/striker 9 now it’s the kar/superi. So effing boring
They do need to buff every other gun though. Instead of taking away what is fun, they should make old stuff good. AR's don't kill like they use too. All the lmg's besides like 1 or 2 hit like pop rocks. The smg's that are old should be updated. why aren't there slow larger snipes that hit like the kar98 at greater distances?
Good because then less MP lobbies will have an entire 6 man of Kar users sat in spawn with 2.5x scopes thinking they’re gonna join FaZe with their hardscopes
I respect you see the real problem with the Kar. 2019 it was fine, you had so many other weapons to use and even compete with it. This game there’s very few. SVA, FJX, Superi, is about it in my opinion. The rest of the snipers can’t even compete really either, whereas in 2019 most snipers were usable and I believe all of them 1 shot head shot
I almost unscubscribed im not a sniper never have been and I HATE! that thing. Your right there is no current counter to it especially with the whole lobby running it not fun at all if you mainly AR SMG.
Make it sniper aim assist, INCREASE the flinch- it should be HARD to hit shots when you eating bullets, as it is right now it’s not. It’s waaayyyyy too easy to use this gun which is why everyone is.
This is the problem with games. I’d rather play a game where everything is overpowered making it fair, then play a game where everything sucks. Both are fair, it’s just that one is more fun.
Again, are we just forgetting about the Vanguard Kar98k?🤨It has better bullet velocity than both of them and a higher 1shot range after the sniper nerf in season 3 of Vanguard.

im happy they nerfed it. everybody was using it nd hiding on roofs all game. its like they wouldnt rush at all even if they got a knock or cracked my armor😂 playing wz for damage is just crazy to me

Yeah well it wouldn’t be bad if they didn’t restrict the AR’s In range. Wz1 was perfect and pretty much balanced and then they ruined it with slowing the game down and upping the aim assist there’s barely any skill gap in this game
This makes zero sense. Players in warzone one aren’t half what they are now. Take metaphor for an example, he was #1 for kills in both and he is 10X better now. If the guns had the same stats the game would be unplayable

They need to not let you take the stock off..lol. Should be slow to raise a heavy rifle to your face and focus your scope. Make everyone run slower, more realistic. Bet a lot of people would quit because they rely on that movement. Only been playing a little over a year and I see it. Make it where Stems only heal and not run fast. It would be hilarious.

Let me explain why cck98 need a nerf: so weapon from the world war 2 is one shoting everything and doesnt mater where you shoot if its close to enemy you have a kill so that is ok to you right? And glasless optic is ok too so you from not having a scope you can not miss a target and weapon is more stable that is ok to you too. This things is making this game from the future with old stuff. So listen you can not oneshooting everything from one building in the area with a weapon which gives you a kill even if you miss. Look ALL crazy shoots with that kar man and that is a miss but this game give you a kill

ARs isn't the problem the problem is that the Kar 98 k is broken and needs a heavy Nerf and plus people only use that sniper because they think that's the only gun that exists in the load out and don't use anything else.

And don’t forget the hit reg is wonky af. Even in your own clips you veered off target and still got the head shot. I have watched this happen many times even in my own vods.
