For the number four,its better to go to the right side (if you are right handed) then go from the right to left the goalie is not going to be in the pose to defend the goal if you are left handed you go from the left to the right

@@XJokermanX see with my team we don’t have to go to each tournament and I play with the younger kids since I’m still kinda new, so I never had my first actual tournament and such
these tips are all true, even if they are very simply explained, but about the last one i would say that it depends on the situation: if the player you are trying to stop from shooting is many meters ahead you (like 4 meters or more), i would say than its better to let him shoot hoping he will miss and go for a counter attack, so that your team will have more chances of scoring (since you have a 1 player advantage); still about the last one, i would add a thing, which is to keep following your attacker until he takes the ball on his hand (im sorry but i dont know how you say that) and then to try steal it, cause if you try steal it while hes swimming (if you try to go on top of him or try to stop him like you would do if he has the ball on his hand), you have a high possibility of being kicked out of the action (i dont know how say this either sorry, i hope you got it). pretty good video, these are basic thing noone should ever forget

It' a lot of fun and if you're a good swimmer and you can tread water correctly, it's not any harder than any other sport.

Played today, My teamate are all young girl and kids, the other teams are beefy guys and skilled player. Guess what, I got 0 meanwhile the other team got 40. And I realize I did all wrong. I was a defense, forcing on only one player, Always stay in really same place. Im so trash ):
