Now can someone tell me how come so many South Africans are driving cars costing more than R10k per month? No wonder we are not becoming financially free!!!
Various reasons. 1. They but vehicles under company. 2. They are in their 3rd or more vehicle trade in so they are paying less on the car. 3. I think we blacks need strong financial education (learning to prioritise our expenses). Even in Europe, I know many black people who splash the cash on luxury clothing, expensive clubs and fast cars, but live with their parents. White people (some, to be fair) are better at managing their finances. There's this American guy, Graham Stephan, who is a young millionaire but says he spends frugally (saves most of his money and lives like he's broke). The job market is tough in SA, so if you have a job (whatever it may be), please buy books on money, investing, starting up a business etc
If I wasn't making tips, I'd be depressed. My salary is gone within 2 weeks. I survive the last 20 or so days on tips. Take tips away, and I'm trouble. 😂😂😅
Most of these low paid people can't do anything you must supervise them the whole shift. The moment you not in sight boom no work gets done and you must think for them lol . I'm an AP teacher in China, I don't pay for accommodation where I am only utilities electricity is very cheap here so is water probably R400 a month for both. It really cheap and food is cheap too. I barely spend R5000 a month on myself. Of course I'm single too so that kinda contributes too.
My idea is let's boycott going to work for a week and see who will lose money 😢 .. they must come and beg us to go back to work with our terms.
We are so kind that we see what is wrong and not doing anything about it. Come on Mzansi 😂
But you know that the company or people you work for have many expenses to pay for on behalf of the company? They don't just pay workers, i agree they get significantly more than an employee which at times they deserve but boycotting may cause more problems than solutions.
@@spheleleNgubane-i4w Good point, then that means we need to make sure the money rotate amongst ourselves before it gets out of our communities. Support each other and build each other. My 2 cent 👍
@@4collen Do you mean create community stokvels and create partnership businesses in the community?
@@spheleleNgubane-i4w that too can work but what I mean is: I am not sure if it's the Jewish people who does this; they make sure that they buy from each other and their money doesn't leave the community unless what they want is not sold in the community. This creates value and wealth in the community when the money is circulating around the community.
@@4collen Oh okay, basically you're saying South African communities should operate like Orania? People may hate it ( this is not about that) but we have to agree that the way their community works benefits everyone.

You get paid for skills. Sweeping is not a skill.
you are right. a cheek is just a cheek until a mosquito land's on it. just because a skill is not hard to obtain does not mean it its value is worthless. some skills have far reaching values directly or indirectly , that are not obvious at first glance
I say we should just let heads roll. I'm sick of making other vokkers rich
Great content and quiet insight. What am i doing to offset the financial losses and ensure that my money goes a long time? i invest in crypto, and i trade the stock markets. There's money there you just have know how to get.
i used to get paid R5.3K 3years back and it would last for 3days or two at best
💔💔💔💔
Perhaps you should turn your attention to productivity
I think we blacks need strong financial education (learning to prioritise our expenses). Even in Europe, I know many black people who splash the cash on luxury clothing, expensive clubs and fast cars, but live with their parents. White people (some, to be fair) are better at managing their finances. There's this American guy, Graham Stephan, who is a young millionaire but says he spends frugally (saves most of his money and lives like he's broke).
The job market is tough in SA, so if you have a job (whatever it may be), please buy books on money, investing, starting up a business etc

Most of these low paid people can't do anything you must supervise them the whole shift. The moment you not in sight boom no work gets done and you must think for them lol . Then you get a R8000 per month worker they are better but 12 000 and up you can leave them alone at the job they probably have matric with maths
2 weeks
Lucky you, mine goes a couple of hours 🤞🏿
