The Flip-Flop-Foundry. My grandad (long-time foundryman) would have had kittens watching these, bless him. Damn hard-working people who deserve a lot more for their work.
I sent a link of this channel and several of its videos to the American organization called OSHA. The occupational safety and health administration. Figure this will scare the hell out of them.
So they can afford to buy a sand muller but they can't afford a cheap belt conveyor or manual squeeze molder? Also I suspect the sand inclusions dramatically reduce the life span of the cutting tools.
Likely this factory has three phase power with some of the motors like the big sand mixer. The lathes and drill presses might be 3 phase depending on their HP.
What a bad job. Incredible the dirt of the place. The men work squatting or sitting on the floor, wearing filthy clothes and wristwatch. Mechanics repair engines and equipment by throwing the parts on the dirty floor, there's garbage everywhere ... Mechanics don't wear protective gear. Impressive the dirtiness of the place… And mechanics work smoking or talking on cell phones … Also, operating a lathe or sanders using long-sleeved shirts or wristwatchs is extremely dangerous.
In the foundry with flip-flops it's fantastic! ❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Next time when an inspector from OSHA/EPA comes in and gives a ticket for safety violation, I will refer them to this video.
As always, another fantastic video * I adore your channel.

Scare the hell out of who!!!!!!! Why would a Yankee organisation be remotely interested in what happens in another country.

Congratulations you missed the joke.
@@OtherWorldExplorers ooh it was a joke ha ha
they used to have a work place safety officer but he got burnt to death
So what
Happens
At least the guy running the lathe and drilling the holes is somewhat organized with the product stacked and the floor not being hindered by material.
Excellent teamwork, thank you for the video

Single lathe guy for that mountain of parts? He will still be turning all of that even in his after life.
great making process video! 멋진 과정!!
