275TH COMMENT I'M EARLY ASFLIP AGAIN 👊. Eric reacting to Moon Knight on his wedding day is going to get him a divorce like Marc and Layla. GREAT EPISODE Layla's scarab wings and powers with Tawaret were awesome but she's funny 😎👊. Episode 5 was crazy with Marc's violent and traumatic past with his abusive and depressed mother who beat him after blaming his brother's death. SPOILER ALERT FOR EPISODE 6 EVERYONE: The gods finally did something useful when
Konshu and Amnit started scrapping but it was funny when they were giant in slow motion. Marc going back for Steven was some King BROTHERLY LOVE ❤🎉. Konshu definitely got the Moon Knight he wanted WITH JAKE LOCKLEY HE'S SERIOUSLY UNHINGED AND CHAOTICALLY VIOLENT KILLING HARROW LIKE THAT. I WAS RIGHT THE THIRD PERSONALITY IS JAKE LOCKLEY. The 5th episode was sad now that Marc had to give up Steven but he can now use Jake Lockley to defeat Harrow. Ethan Hawk as Harrow doing the Carl Jung impersonation about Carl Jung's quote about Heaven being rooted in Hell was awesome 😎👊. I love your reaction content for this final episode. Great writing with the Egyptian Underworld/ the mental hospital in his head after getting shot and the Hippo goddess Tarawet got me thinking about Jada Pinkett Smith as Gloria 😂. It's sad that Gaspar Bullied died during the skiing accident it's sad when anyone especially working behind the scenes. FIRST COMMENT COMMENT I'M EARLY ASFLIP AGAIN 👊❤️. MOON KNIGHT IS BEST MCU SHOW OUTSIDE OF DAREDEVIL 👊. Jake Lockley being the violent third personality for Konshu's Avatar is DOPE. Konshu's a Jaded elder god but not a villain especially since he cares about human life and Justice just on a different realm of perspective then we do. I wonder if Steven would be a repressed personality that Marc has made to cope with losing Layla that's why Steven has so many similarities with her interest and knowledge. I really enjoyed this 6th episode of Moon Knight it was great seeing throughout the show the dynamic between Steve and Marc's relationship with Layla as personalities but they both can agree to disagree while Steve is still horrified by Marc's violent actions in seeing that Justice is done. Konshu, Steven and Marc clearly sees through the Amitt Egyptian cult BS when the other gods can't 💯 😂. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth episodes of Moon Knight were great as I expected and I can't wait until DR STRANGE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS AND THOR LOVE AND THUNDER IS GOING TO BE EPIC ⛈️⚡ 😎. I've always wanted to see a horror mental illness martial arts movie or show about how Konshu turns Marc Spector into BADASS MOON KNIGHT I knew this would be DOPE 😎👊. It's cool to see Oscar Isaac getting a second chance to shine in a Disney film because he was wasted in The Sequel Trilogy of Star Wars but he pulls off the British accent so well I can't distinguish it from his real voice and he really KILLED IT WITH THAT MULTIPLE PERSONALITY THING. Seeing Dr Strange teaching Wanda to control her Scarlet Witch magical abilities and facing cosmic Multiversal level threats is awesome 😎. This has nothing to do with the video but please listen if you want to otherwise leave it alone and ignore it. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.

Congratulations Eric!
Hell yeah Eric
Congratulations Eric
I love how Konshu picked his words very carefully in tell them that he agreed to release them "both". That's that Trickster in him.
Khonshu: “I never said I’d release your body lol”
Yea i think Khonshu wanted to refuse the deal, but once he realized Marc/Steven are still not aware of (or have acknowledged) Jake's existence, he changed his strategy. In Steven's words: that sneaky old vulture 😅
Marc Spector - Moon Knight
Steven Grant - Mr. Knight
Jake Lockley - Fist of Vengeance
Layla - Scarlett Scarab
Ah thank you my good sir I knew marc, Steven and Layla but a few weeks? months? Ago I saw a UA-cam short that showed who was Jake lockley (but for some reason I can't find the UA-cam short that I watched..I even went down to the first video I watched......Maybe I watched it on another account before my phone went all reset on me

Apparently the “fancy” suit Khonshu wears in the post credit scene is Steven’s Mr. Knight suit. Probably just the reuse an of an asset on a production level but in-universe I like to imagine Khonshu was so impressed by Steven fashion sense he straight up stole his drip.
Khonshu is often seen wearing a similar looking suit in the comics as well.
@@AngelicGent Yeah, I saw in a few panels on Instagram.
i also just imagined conshu figured he needed to be… smaller?
Khonshu literally the whole show: I hate Steven he's an idiot
Also Khonshu: His sense of style though
I thought they did that with purpose
"Why is the door opening?"
Remember that the gate belongs to Osiris. Tawaret yells out "Osiris you old softy!", so I'm assuming that Osiris opened the gate as an apology for not believing Marc and Khonshu in the first place. Or maybe he did it as revenge on Harrow/Ammit since all the other gods' avatars just got pwnd and Khonshu is the only one left to deal with them.
He did it because of Marc sacrificing himself to go back for Steven. That's why Tawaret said "Osiris you old softy"
The fact that avatar of Osiris got owned by Crocodile lady is big meh, he is literally the equivalent of Hades.
I assume the Gods have rules but they also have a subjective will meaning Osiris wasn’t supposed to open the door but he did it anyways.
@@DuBstep115 You do realise avatars aren't all powerful like the Gods? They can definitely be beaten no matter who the God is
@@carrela1000 Yeah but I expect the power level of Avatar to be equal to power of its god.
Osiris > Ammit
So Osiris avatar > Harrow
I actually saw Layla's wings to resemble the Scarab's wings rather than bird wings. With Egyptian art scarabs are usually shown with feathered wings when they're extended, and it might be the wing pattern of the scarab compass in the show, you know just trying to connect her to an insect theme as opposed to stealing from Falcon
I also like how Ammot's dreadlocks form into her tail
Yeah pretty sure she's MCU Scarlet Scarab
@@DizRupTnz I know I see the New Rockstars breakdowns
@@CyberDalek17 Who? Regardless I never claimed to be the only one with this train of thought, I was just adding onto your point about her wings.
@@DizRupTnz New Rockstars, UA-cam channel, they break down hidden details and references for trailers, tv, and movies usually Marvel, DC, and Star Wars
Her dad’s name is the alias of the Scarlet Scarab from the comics; this would have been a great opportunity to diverge from the comics a little and conceive armor and a powerset reflective of Taweret (tanky, super stupidly super strength, juggernaut charge, etc)
I think Jake manifested when Marc was in the Military. Seeing how killing people, even the worst of the worst, he struggled with it. So if in the military he needed to kill to save himself or others it would make sense for a part of himself to split off that could kill without hesitation.
I hope Layla remains Avatar to Taweret and we see her again. They were definitely a highlight this season.
In relation to why Moon Knight’s costume is more reflective of Khonshu I feel is because Khonshu is quite the narcissist. He made a lot of “I am…” statements.
He did say he was booted from the military for going AWOL while in a fugue state, im guessing he manifested a "merciless killer" alter due to some trauma during a mission.
Tawaret is alot kinder than Khonshu, all the other gods seem to treat thier avatars better come to think of it, and Tawaret said she had a good outfit in mind, so she designed it rather than it being some preset outfit.
Tawaret clearly spoke with her father a fair bit,and I think she designed it for Layla rather than to represent herself, Layla seems to be a new interpretation of the Scarlet Scarab, which fits pretty well seeing as her father called her "little scarab" and all she has left of him is a red scarf.
I mean, Khonshu is a God. Why would He be humble? Who is He humbling infornt of and giving up His ego?
Jake manifested to take the beatings from the mother. He's the protector.
The gods also teased the narcissist-angle back in episode 3. They say they disapprove of his flashy costumes & weapons or something like that, which I thought made the whole deal make more sense. Khonshu wants people to know that this is HIS vengeance being delivered.
@@brogie1151 it's an ingenious way to show Khonshu is literally a military contracter in god form, literally dresses like a pure businessmen, so it suits (pun intended) his true, modern day mythology to who he is.
So there is no subtlety or guessing games as to what side Khonshu is on, straight up, no bullshit dealmaking.
I feel like Laylas hero costume is very much made to reflect her and Taweret doesn’t care about her being represented, only Layla being represented, looking like a scarab, what her father called her, I absolutely love it! Also congratulations Eric!
I see what you mean because the entire time, I was wondering what was with the wings
yea but also the moment they accepted the avatar position...Marc was basically dead and mercenary so comes back as a masked mummy. layla a tomb raider, Egyptian who's father called her Little scarab... and the god who's avatar she is met her father and knew all this so gave her a proud Egyptian style costume with a scarab on it.
People keep saying this but it's not hinted or established at all in the show.
The other thing is scarabs are often associated with death in Egyptian mythos, and Tawaret guides the souls of the dead, so it tracks
@@emuman09 Except all the times they said it, and when she was the driving force behind the quest to acquire and use the scarab, and her father called her that, and she used hidden knives (which are representative of carved knives with tawaret on them used in childbirth and mortuary rituals), and the scarab that was placed on steven and mark to make their hearts testify truely to the scales - which she took again for herself and had in her possession when she became an avatar. Her father caller her it, the main villain called her it.
I think you just have shit memory
“You...are the only real super power...I ever had."

This has absolutely been my favorite Disney+ MCU show from beginning to end (even though I wish the finale was 10-20 minutes longer). I desperately hope we get a season 2 with a proper amount of episodes.
I honestly disagree and I’m not sure why. I found this pacing to be almost perfect. If anything I’d add like 5 minutes at most. I see a lot of people saying there should’ve been like two or three more episodes. I don’t see the point. I think with the six episodes they did a great job and fitting everything with little time. That’s just me I guess. This is absolutely been my favorite Disney+ MCU too.
My dad hated the show and said it was too bizarre and it was his least favorite by far. I'm not sure if I like it or not, it's cool but weird so I'm in the middle, especially since I didn't know the characters at all like other shows.😂
Pssh right? 5 minute finale, shortest episode of the season, dis make a meyah sad
I really hope we get another season. Oscar Isaac's talk about wanting to do more indie stuff has me thinking he may not want to do another one.
It’s been confirmed this is a one season series, that doesn’t mean he won’t appear in other MCU movies and shows, he’s supposed to be on a team with Blade to take on supernatural forces eventually so I doubt this is the last time we’ll see them
Marc and Layla were in their suits. Their eyes along with the statues lit up indicating they were acting as avatars for their gods. Of course they would know the spell as the gods are in charge.
Ah thanks, I was very confused as well
Also they said it was weird that it was their voices, but even i n the trial scene, when konshu spoke through mark, it was still marks voice, not konshus.
"Why would I ever need anybody else when he has no idea how troubled he truly is?" - probably my favourite line in the entire show.
Congrats again to Eric and Janci!
I think Jake is just a happy accident that Khonshu stumbled across while dealing with Marc. He seems to be all of Marc’s rage and aggression pent up into one personality that either doesn’t care or fully believes in being an avatar of vengeance. He looks way more unhinged than Marc and significantly more capable due to what he can pull off in situations that neither Marc or Steven could handle
But I hope you notice that he still always coming out when Marc/Steven need protection
i think jake is the alter that split off from mark to take the beatings. to protect the others from the worst of the abuse, which is why he always comes out when their lives are on the line. pretty sure it was him who killed all those people in ep 1, and the one who asked the woman out for the steak dinner, not marc. and then when they were being overpowered on the rooftop, jake fronts. and again here when harrow is about to take marc out.
Dr Harrow accidentally described Jake in Ep 5 - created to punish the world for what was done to Marc
Eric doing a reaction on his fucking wedding day... we don't deserve that amount of dedication! Congrats again to Eric, Janci, and most importantly to Best Doggo Obi 🥰
When Konshu said I'll set you both free.
I was thinking there is a loophole there somewhere. But I forgot the third personality. I thought Konshu skull head and suit was the new Avatar
I'm wondering if it's the same suit steven uses, like its part of khonshu's wardrobe and steven steals it each time he transforms
@@JojoTheVulture yeah
Khonshu might have some different outfits
@@JojoTheVulture of course as we saw Khonshu wearing a shuit as well
Konshu in the suit is a callback to his newer appearance I believe in the comics, so Steven was definitely borrowing Konshu’s own fit
"Khonshu is a lier, there is always one more thing."- Harrow
Oscar Isaac is one if the greatest living actors without a doubt. I truly believed no one could have given a better performance. Just watching his performance in this show is a masterclass in acting.
His ability to switch personalities/accents at will is really impressive especially mid-sentence like in this episode. Fantastic actor, really showed his abilities with this show and especially with episode 5 in my opinion. Hope we see him come back more
It’s absolutely insane how good he is! With just six episodes he’s established himself as the best actor in the MCU imo!
@@unicornburger16 Completely agree! He blew my mind every episode with how he was able to so distinctly differentiate each of his characters. And the sheer range of emotions he was able to display every episode was remarkable. What a truly incredible actor.
@@fullmetalandtheflame438 absolutely. He nailed every scene, especially the asylum ones in this episode. The way he just seamlessly switches personalities is unbelievable!
Don’t forget a whole lot of gods are going to fall after the next Thor movie, possibly some mentioned in this show.

I like to think Jake's costume will be something like Marc's but with shades of black mixed in. The 'dark side of the moon' essentially lol. I'm pretty sure moon knight had a costume design like this from the comics at some point too.
Yep. Basically the cape, chest piece, gloves and boots are white, while the main body is black. That would be dope to see.
Moon Knight's current comics costume.
I saw a theory somewhere that maybe Jake doesn’t have a suit but manifests the white car that they travel in
You can see some of the costume at the end of the episode in the credits. It shows the bust of all 3 suits
@@brettpenning Oh, good catch! Not sure if it was all 3 suits, looked kind of like the suit mid-transformation, but it definitely alluded to 3 alters/personalities for sure 👍
i screamed when Khonshu appeared in the end in that suit, I've seen a few comic panels and the way he was sitting and THE SUIT it's just straight out of the comics!!! what an incredible feeling

Steven fighting as Mr.Knight

First, congratulations Eric!!!
Second, despite him being Spanish at the end, I still feel like that was Jake in the asylum. There were a few scenes with Doc Harrow where "Marc" suddenly had unexplained wounds that disappeared the next scene, and was def using a Brooklyn accent
Yeah, in the comics Jake is New Yorker, right
Then how did he know about Taweret? He clearly corrects Dr Harrow about it being a hippo and not a rhino. Jake can’t know that if he’s still in the sarcophagus. Also afterwards Marc briefly mentioned it when we cut back to them in the hallway. Then when Marc meets Dr Harrow (again), first, he touches his nose where the bandage was. Second he asks about being sedated which he wouldn’t know about if he wasn’t there before.
Director apparently said that wasn't Jake in the asylum with the pyramid.

Yes! Imagine superheroes all over the world and your country didn't have one?... Until now.😃
Now where's Chakra-The Invinsible?
Even the writer who is Egyptian I believe, acknowledged that he did that for his daughter. Cool of Marvel to let him do his thing. It was a great show.
Still waiting on my Native American superhero 😤
@@tylerstevens1618 There's none in the MCU, but off the top of my head there's Forge from X-Men and Long Shadow in DC.
I can't speak as to how accurately/respectfully the culture is portrayed in their stories though.
@Blind Wave,
20:28 Osiris is the god with the receding hairline, and he's the god of the underworld. Taweret called him an "old softy" because he allowed Marc and Steven to return. That temple they were in front of was his, and Taweret said last episode that the only way back was through Osiris, without him there was no way back.
In the end, Osiris got the last laugh, he made way for Ammit's destruction.
Steven is an alter Marc fashioned in the likeness of his childhood hero. I wouldn't be surprised if Jake Lockley is another alter based on a movie character from the '80s too, a Spanish speaking assassin. Maybe Jake Lockley was a family favorite. Jake might have been created around the same time Steven was. Steven doesn't remember the beatings, he only has good memories. Maybe Jake took control the moment the beatings started, and what if all those beatings is what made him the tank he is?
All the Star Wars quotes from you, "Do It", "They fly now", etc. hit different on May the 4th. Living the day fully even on MCU show finale.
13:48 in the first episode Mark's fish swam right while Steven's swam unbalanced, and both swam alone.. Now they got two healthy fishes
Guys it's a crocodile, not an alligator. They don't have gators over in Egypt.
And besides, crocs are bigger, much more dangerous. and therefore cooler.
i knew from the moment he said "both" he is going to manipulate them and stick to jake instead.
that scene between marc and steven in the beginning was just BEAUTIFUL, so perfect 🤧 i love the way they now effortlessly switch because they completely trust eachother from now on, it's just *chef's kiss*❤️
LAYLA IS SO BADASS AND GORGEOUS!
I was a little annoyed by the lack of a conclusive Harrow fight/the ending, although I was satisfied with the Marc/Steven/Layla plotlines, but after the Jake scene I feel like this is pretty much perfect. If the blackouts hadn’t been a running theme I’d definitely have found it annoying, but with the way it played out I’m satisfied.
Yeah but they also kinda built the great ground for ppl to beg for 2nd season haha
I'm annoyed with Harrow's death. I think we can conclude that Khonshu was abusing Harrow and seeing he manages to kill Harrow bother me a lot. It's feel like the abuser win.
I won't mind if Harrow kill in battle or something, but this bother me a lot.
To be fair, Khonshu is not a good being. He's very much chaotic neutral. There's a reason why our heroes, our guiding light, DIDN'T kill Harrow, even tho Khonshu wanted him too. To me, he wasn't more abusing Harrow as he was just trying to kill him and Ammit, which was delayed while he waited for Jake to emerge. And as for his tease at the end, I see it as a parallel to how Harrow talked to him in the Ushabti while he was frozen. Now that Harrow has no place to go, Khonshu returns the favor before killing him with Jake
@@Blue777Dragon I'm not saying Khonshu was abusing Harrow in the last moment. I'm saying Harrow turn out like that was the product of his abuse. There's a reason the other Gods don't believe Khonshu, because he was speaking the truth. Khonshu was using Marc just like he was using Harrow before. That's why, I don't mind Harrow dying, just not like that.
This just my theory. I think Jake was an alter that Marc accidentally create to cope when he can no longer stomach the job Khonshu gave him. And it's a fact DID create an alter when they going through trauma or can't cope with reality.
@@scorpiongurlz89 I think Jake was created in a similar situation and that’s why he works as Khonshu’s Fist of Vengeance so well: he was created during a firefight in war, and that’s when Marc went AWOL in a fugue state. Probably a lot of gunfire and teammates getting shot around him.
I agree that Khonshu killing Harrow in that moment was messed up. I think that’s intentional though.
For Layla... I understood it as Taweret A)having talked to Lanka's father, knows about the "Scarab" nickname. B) it's a battle armor rather than direct reflection, they could probably manifest any armor set. C) Layla _could_ manifest the scarab part with wings like Mr Knight has batons instead of moon... Thingies.
Congratulations Eric, have a wonderful new year with her.
Okay, here's my theory: Jake Lockley has appeared in every episode of Moon Knight and we just didn't realize it. In Episode 1, we are lead to believe that Marc was the alter fighting Harrow's men when Steven blacked out. But, those scenes are very similar to future scenes where we definitely know Jake was the one doing the fighting. I believe Jake was really the alter who was fighting back against Harrow's men to protect Steven until Marc "woke up". After all, Khonshu kept telling Steven to return control to Marc, but we don't if Marc actually was taking control. I think Marc took back control after the chase scene and just assumed Steven was somehow able to get away without any help. At the end of Episode 2, we see one of the alters drinking alcohol in the hotel room in Egypt. Once again, we are made to believe it is Marc, but this may actually be Jake because the alter in the mirror, who is presumably Steven, is sleeping. In Episode 3, we get our first real sign that Jake exists when Marc blacks out and wakes up after killing some of Harrow's men, with neither him nor Steven remembering what happened. Then in Episode 4 we get the unopened sarcophagus. Obviously Jake was the one inside it. In Episode 5, Marc is presumably the alter who has the first meeting with asylum Harrow, but his accent, facial expressions, and him trying to kill Harrow suggests he was actually Jake. And then finally in Episode 6 Marc blacks out and Jake defeats Harrow and kills all his men. Then in the post credit scene Jake is finally revealed and he kills Harrow. What's scary is that Jake could have been doing stuff in the background the whole time and neither Marc, Steven, or the viewer would have noticed.
Just like how Yami Bakura kept taking Ryou’s body on joyrides in Yu-Gi-Oh.
Also, in the comics didn’t Jake have a child with a woman named Marlene while Steven and Marc were both under the impression that they’d broken up with her? Does it count as r@pe if one of your alters consents but neither you nor your other other alter do?
Some people have theorized that Jake was the one who set up the date in episode 1, since Marc is still married. He'd probably have to do it in English, though.
Congratulations Eric!!
21:16 😂😂 “Objection!”
I nominate this part for Best of Blindwave 2022 😂😂
I am so disappointed that we didn't get a giant kaiju hippo vs crocodile battle through the streets of Cairo. But that's ok cuz Layla's costume was genuinely cool, like Wonder Woman meets the Falcon.
Her costume was one of my favorite things about the show. The fight scenes were how I wished the wonder woman scenes were in the 2nd movie.
“You are the only real superpower I ever had.”😭❤️ The way that Steven was the soft, cinnamon roll, protect at all costs type of person and HE’S been Marc’s protector. His whole life.🥺
Marc took the physical hurt, but Steven stopped the emotional hurt 🥺he was able to live a live free from worry through Steven
I was actually hoping Taweret would join the giant battle to team up with khonshu against Ammit that would have been awesome.
Rampage, Cairo Edition?
Too much huge godd XD
Probably too much to do with the souls coming into her world prematurely.
shes in a different plane
She might have her hands full with all the souls prematurely going to the afterlife.
As a Moon Knight comic lover seeing everything that happened and was revealed this finale made me so happy and excited. I fanboyed so hard and got emotional out of just pure joy
It definitely feels like Jake has been responsible for all of the bloodiest moments this season. The massacre in the square, the killing of those guys in Cairo, and obviously the fight at the end. I wonder if he had anything to do with killing Layla’s father.
This definitely is my favorite MCU show so far. So many great performances and you can tell the directors and writers had a clear vision of what they wanted.
I had teary eyes because of Marc/Steven scene and then I was amazed at how comicbooky the later part of the episode was and I loved all of it.
Also I got to see Dr Strange today right after, how amazing being a Marvel fanboy today
how did u see DS2 today?

I'm from Mexico. Official release is May 5 so night screening began at 7pm May 4
@@bekss3 you’re so lucky 👍 I got my tickets already, I’m taking my little hermanitos tomorrow
I think Stephens bedroom is in their mind, thats where they go when someone else is fronting. The fish represent each personality. Notice how there were 2 fish at the end of the episode, like both Stephen and Mark were present while Jake is fronting.
I personally liked all of the main cast in this series. I hope we eventually see Marc, Steven, Jake, and Layla in the future at some point, whether it’s another season, a movie, or even a special.
This has been my favorite Disney plus mcu show no question. Better than Loki. Every episode was great. The ending had me for a second till the mid credit and I was like “yep this is a great fucking ending”. I would like more moonknight but if this the end I don’t mind to to much honestly. I wonder how he’d interact with other mcu characters.
Congrats Eric!!! YOU'RE MY FAVORITE OUT OF ALL OF THEM!!! Yes I am yelling it. You deserve it.
Taweret is also known as the 'Lady of the Heavens', and 'Mistress of the Horizon'. so her avatar looking like the Falcon is not impossible
The way I took the spell is that it was the gods talking through them. As they did in the meeting when Mark told the other avatars about Harrow. they were in the same hall.
I've always loved that in the comics Taskmaster really hates mimicing Moon Knight because he says that MK would rather get punched in the face than parry shots
It's funny Aaron mentioned Blade, considering they're both in Midnight Sons, and Eric mentioned Punisher, who is as well. My hope is for a Blade, Black Knight, Moon Knight, Punisher, and maybe Werewolf by Night team up.
But Layla definitely was a "scarab" suit, to reflect her heritage under her father (who in the comics is the Scarlet Scarab hero and protector of Egypt). So I definitely hope she keeps the avatar..er...state. But all the confusion at the end until the post-credit was definitely reflective of the comics.
Layla's dad used to call her "Little Scarab" maybe that's why she or Tawaret manifested that costume.
I was so surprised when I saw that this reaction had been posted since it’s Eric’s wedding day. Can’t believe he did that, but we appreciate it.
Congratulations Eric!!
They show the bust of all 3 costumes in the credits of Jake, Mark and Steven. The full costume of Jake is the one thing I really wanted to see in this episode.
Honestly? I really hate when stories do the whole thing of like "Oh the whole story was actually in this character's head and none of the adventure that you enjoyed was real!" so I'm glad they just settled that in this final episode and made it clear that no, the insane asylum was just a coping mechanism but everything else was real
#1 film pet peeve
Inception did it well though because they made it ambiguous and unconditionally meaningful
CONGRATS ERIC! WE LOVE YOU!
She’s a real one for not minding Eric shooting a reaction with the boys. You found a good one Eric!
My favorite Disney plus show hands down. Marc going back to save Steven was such a wholesome scene.
It was nice of Eric to make time on his wedding day. Congratulations.
Whoa, congrats eric.
And also, now that everyone seems to be so into Moon Knight, i hope that more people will also recognize another amazing series which has the same theme, and also coincidentally an egyptian director Sam Esmail and lead actor Rami Malek. Truly an underrated series, *Mr. Robot* needs more recognition.
Guys, you won't regret choosing Mr. Robot as your next series.
From what I understood, The two huge gods can only be seen by those who have a gods blessing, so the people just saw these purple glowing lights
YES!!! My boy! Jake has finally arrived! It took so long if we don't get more Lockley in future MCU projects I'll be super disappointed.
Calvin ready with the Jake outfit
Its funny that the moment they cut away from the final fight when Jake beats Harrow, the first thing came to my mind was "people are gonna be PISSED about that 🤣🤣" I personally thought it was great narratively wise, but I wouldn't mind if a second season shows what happened 😏
An exciting season finale!
Oscar Isaac's performance in this show was terrific throughout. 👏
The action was also great too.
Can't wait for more stuff to come the MCU. 😁
Btw, congratulations on your wedding Eric! Good for you! 👏
14:13 Definitely the most violent post credit scene in the entire MCU. 😨
32:58 lol Calvin is correct, when Marc fought the three dudes on the roof Rick criticized the fact they were attacking one at a time
They called Layla the little scarab throughout the show. Her golden wings are just like the wings that shoot out of the scarab compass. Hippo lady got to create a costume FOR Layla.
"I will release you both, you have my word." Keyword: both, meaning two. That's some manipulative legalese bullshit if I ever heard it.
This is my favorite series behind Loki. Absolutely incredible once again congratulations Eric! ❤️💯
Layla was called Little Scarab by her dad so she took on the manifestation of a Scarab is my guess, hence her wings and also her character is a rendition of the Red Scarab in comic books
rewatching this i totally just realized that the reason that marc is strapped up waking up in stevens apartment at the end is cause they are trying to see when the personality unknown to them is in control like steven did to marc
lovely job guys!! ❤ .. i love that you keep notes of things that stunned you... just fantastic job loves
You know I can't see MCU Marc or Steven cut another man's face off, like they did to Bushman in the comics. But MCU Jake yeah I could see him taking a face.
Hell yeah, like Marc gains control of the body after the face is already removed and he's like WTF! That would be a nice way to start that conflict.
The problem with leaving it ambiguous is that you can never really team him up with anyone else. The ambiguity works only when he's the lead in the story. So, I feel like they had to eventually say whats reality and whats not.
Wasnt expecting this tonight but thanks lol so nice of you guys to give us a present for erics wedding lol
A fool, a superhero and an antihero all in one
Congratulations Eric on your wedding, the fact you are filmed this reaction after you got married is true dedication right there 😂
So my understanding of the ending is that when Marc and Steven woke up in Steven's flat, I believe that their surroundings are still the mindscape but traded it for the flat instead of the mental institution. So Steven and Marc are still in the body but Jake is now controlling it and Steven and Marc are trapped there.
Was deadass just looking for this lmao!! LETS GOO
A wedding reaction? Congrats Eric!!!
that comment: "This is Marvel. They ain't dead."
Me: **pietro flashbacks**
Eric, one thing that has specifically stood out to me during all of the MK reactions is your correct use of terminology. It's genuinely so refreshing to hear someone have at least a general knowledge of the actual disorder and use the respective terms for everything. Much thanks as both a psychology student and someone with a dissociative disorder.
yesssss!!! I was anticipating this reaction! I love watching you guys because you all give different reactions/opinions 🤷
Yay! Moon knight has been a blast from start to finish!
Congrats Eric!! Loved this series!
Congrats, Eric! Wish you all happiness in the world.
Harrow's voice as he chanted on top of the pyramid was so cool and chilling. Sounded like something out of Raiders of the Lost Ark or Ghostbusters.
I would love it if they made a season two to Moon Knight or I would love it if they just put Marc Spector in The Midnight Sons
Been waiting for this video the entire day 😭😍
Khonshu knew the spell. I like to think that it was Khonshu and Tawet saying the spell through their avatars.
Ethan Hawke got to develop the personality of Harrow himself. He worked with Oscar Isaac, to try and create one that was emotionally the opposite of his characters at all times.
The end result is what Hawke describes as "what if Steve Jobs was a bad guy?"
The gods really should've looked into Arthur lol and dope of Eric to react to this on his wedding day great series I loved it and the finale. Oscar Issac for sure killed his performance especially by the end with his voice
Marc Spector(Assasin), Steven Grant(Museum Curator), Jake Lockley(Taxi Cab Driver) & Mr. Knight(High Class Businessman)
Marc and Steven are one, so they have a shared knowledge now. Steven knows all of Marc’s combat training, and Marc knows all about Steven’s reading on Egyptian mythology and history.
For everyone confused about Layla's costume, go back and look at Taweret. She wears a huge ornate chest plate that prominently features a scarab with wings. Scarabs were symbolic of the heavenly cycle (Ra pushing the sun across the heavens transforming bodies and souls) and represented the idea of rebirth (the sun rises, transits the sky, sets, then repeats the cycle anew as if being reborn in the east after dying in the west), which is why Taweret was wearing one. The fact that Layla has the nickname "little scarab" probably just cemented its place as the overarching theme of her costume. Mark's costume matches what Khonshu wears rather than being bird-themed, so it makes sense that Layla's costume matched Taweret's outfit rather than being hippo-themed.
Just was looking for the reaction to watch as i was about to go to bed and got sad cuz it wasnt there, then 30 seconds later its uploaded😂
When He's both the Protagonist and the future Antagonist.
Jake be like. "KILL EVERYBODY!!!" 😆😆
Congrats Eric!! 🥳🎉
10:32 Ricks face!! 👀😐😶🤣🤣🤣
Ammot says to Khonshu- “Time has not been kind to you…”
Because the last time they saw each other Khonshu had a Full Raven Head, with feathers and such. Now she sees him and it’s just the skeleton of a bird 💀
I think my favorite scene in all of the MCU tv series is…………:
“GLOORRIIIIUUUSSSSS PUURRPOOOOOSSSSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!”!🤯🤩🤩🤩🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐊”
