Hold the phone. 0:42 You sharpen your box-cutter blades? I'm gonna write a letter to Olfa in Japan and urge them to sponsor you with new blades. In reality what you are doing is helping the environment by adding life to those blades. Personally I think the practice is rare yet wonderful. Watching you work is like watching a legend in his own time.

The effort you put into the vintage LV makes the wait worth it. The craftsmanship once your done is better than original. Thank you for all you do. Respectfully.

11:45 I'm like "man.. this guy is a BOSS." attending to business on the phone, repairing a $1,500 bag, and filming for an audience of 140,000 people-- at the same damn time 😂 I want to be like this guy. This guy inspires me. So fascinating to watch you repair these, Steve. Would never imagine I'd sit for 45 mins and actually watch something like this but it's cool! You're passing the knowledge on 🔥 protecting the future of the trade.

You make it look so easy, but that’s because you are a master. This kind of stuff would drive me batty.
I much prefer the shoe work, but I feel like your bag/non-shoe work shows more of your mastery of the whole industry. But I still prefer show stuff…
I do feel like you don’t have as much funny banter with the bags as you do the shoes.

Hi Leather Brother. OLD LEATHER SMITH here. Nice jobs. Where you machine I hand stitch and vice versa, in stead of removing the lining I usually go 2 the bottom of the lining and open the stitches at the bottom and pull it out. I also reinforce all handles with a similar product, on tack, and belts. Just some ideas I have used in the past. GOD'S BLESSINGS ✝️⚾🙃
