Wow you sure work to keep your gardens clean. Zone 6b in the USA. Ontario has zone 7. I didn't know. Our garden is small and we're too old now to extend the foot print. Thanks for sharing your very nice gardens.
Last year I threw away every diseased plant, including roots from my polytunnel, yet still got infected this year. Next season I'll probably change the place, or plant them in the pots.
I use the compost from diseased plants for fill in my yard away from the garden.

Our hardiness zone used to be 6b (in Canada) until they updated it last year to to zone 7.
