NICE !! I would make the back porch smaller and enclose half of it to make a mud room with a bench.* I would, in turn, make the front porch deep enough for an old fashioned glider-swing. *(In New England, mud rooms are both a luxury and a necessity! 😁) Thank you for allowing me to tweek your lovely design! 🫠
Very nice. Beautiful aesthetic. My only nit-pick is with the lack of a hand-rail on the stairwell. Kudos for including a washer/dryer under the stairs. So many other tiny home designers either put it outside (security, weather and maintenance risks!) -or omit it altogether.
The best tiny home of its kind I've ever seen (from among almost a dozen similar UA-cam channels); good Feng Shui. Just a detail : it would have be good to show the floor plan at the very end (like most similar videos do).
Perfect for guests! I like it. So they have their own little kingdom to be able to retreat to. But I would like to see the floor plan, in our country small buildings are only allowed to have certain dimensions in order to be built without a permit. Also in sqm, so that you don't have to convert.
@jeffreyhanna9538 Because in Europe they measure in square meters, so we always have to convert square feet. And why not, others also manage to put floor plans in both scales in the videos.
BEST DESIGN i have seen in tiny homes. I fell instantly in love with it. Is it possible that you would build one for me? Or, do you sell the blueprints?
How can you get a copy of these building plans? I love all the bedroom drawers for clothes. A whole wall and the open closet Love this house, the layout.
I like the downstairs area, LR feels spacious enough, kitchen workable but no overhang at the bar to eat at. I absolutely hate the W/D combo. They take 4-6 hours to run wash and dry, don’t accommodate blankets well (or a whole sheet set queen and larger), last about 3 years but may need frequent repairs, and are a huge expense to replace once shot. Upstairs needs at least a commode and small sink. Storage overall is limited for things like holiday decorations.
If Two People actually tyied to live in this house , I believe They'd quickly realize there's not much of a place for dirty clothes . They better hope a grocery store is close by I didn't see a freezer ( and not much of a fridge either ) If They are very big ... good luck with that staircase !!
I love the simplicity of this house. The stairs are too narrow..Will you create this same house minus the stairs? Place the bedroom on the lower level, raise the roof, change the placement of the furniture, only have lower cabinets in the kitchen. I am curious about how this would look and repost it.
Very cute but impractical. Where does one store coats, boots, linen, toiletries, infrequently used items ie vaccuum, ironing board, extra pillows, books, computer? Where does one eat? Corner kitchen cupboard difficult to reach.
Agreed. A coat closet would help. Two bar stools at the counter is very inadequate for eating. Eliminate the kitchen peninsula to make room for a table and chairs. Junk the phony fireplace and oversized couch, and you'll have room for two comfy chairs and a love seat. The stairs need the code-required handrail.
I feel like there is lots of wasted space. I have 400sf, but no loft, so you should have roughly the same amount of space as I do, but it appears you don't. It feels like you could have set the loft differently and extended it to allow for a second bedroom or a sitting area. The thing people don't tell you about tiny home living is everyone needs space and alone time and with that set up, you'll never have it.
There are several things wrong with your project...for one is not practical. When you get into the house there is no coat hanging installation of any kind, second where would the shoes go, there isn't enough space to even hide them. Third, the fire place is to close to the couch, that is a definite No No. ...anyway, long story short, your project is a mess...back to the drawing board boy. Try harder next time
Please show more one story houses for those of us who can't climb stairs even tho we love them....
As amazing as this is, there are sadly some of us for whom stairs are now out.
So beautiful and cozy! Love it ! ❤
I’m impressed with it, I could actually live in it. I’m single and my children are grown and it’s just myself and my little dog.
Now THIS is the tiny home I love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕
❤❤❤❤
I LOVE IT!!! Absolutely perfect for me!
I want this house. I wouldn’t change anything

Agreed. Perfect except for the handrail!

Absolutely impressive.!❤
Perfektní! Moc se mi líbí schodiště a ložnice má dostatek úložného prostoru. Pro jednu osobu dokonalé. 👍
Luv this layout. It's spacious, calming, cozy color scheme. You have a beautiful designed home
Good information.

Yeahhh. Thank for your nice comments and Suggestions
Hi, I live in northeast PA. Where are you located and do you deliver??
@@avncottageI'm serious about the design or build of this house 🏠
👍👍👏✅💯🥰 Great job 🎉 Only thing I change is put a gas fireplace on TV wall and a place to put your outdoor gear.
THANK YOUUU & Love Youuu
Wow!
"Smith party of two, your home is ready."

Did you build this yourself it’s lovely 🥰

yeah. Just contact us: avnstudio93@gmail.com. This blue prints cost 1100$. Thank for your liking my video
Awesome. Who is doing the background music
I would like a hand rail on the stairs. Also don't like under bench ovens. Had one and whenever I bent to take say a roast out my glasses fogged up.

I agree about the washer/dryer combo, they are nightmares. : /
I'd probably have a garage/shed where decorations could be stored.
🤩🤩🤩
really lovely, but unless you can figure out a way to cram a bath upstairs i don't think the arrangement would work for a lot of people.
Fridge needs to open into kitchen to be practically useful😮
How is this 200 square feet?
What program do you use for these and other AVN designs?
Sketchup ^^
whats the height, length and width?
Is it possible to get the blueprint for this one I'm really looking to make a small village of 200sq ft homes
Any socket outlets in kitchen?

Where do you store food?
What’s the height
Did I notice ? Open space between the door and jam
How much is this charmer without the furniture?
Where can I buy the building plans for this tiny home.
Hi, Please email us: avnstudio93@gmail.com, Price for this house plan is 700$, Thank you!
How about 400 sq for with a bedroom downstairs version, with loft
How can I purchase this plan? It's not on the website
Hi, just contact us: avnstudio93@gmail.com . House Plan Code B232, Thank youu
So.....what are the dimensions 6 meter X 8 meters??
All very beautiful except no privacy in the loft bedroom.
Dormitorio arriba, baño abajo...... nones!
Looks beautiful but highly doubt thats 200 sqft more like 300-400sqft
AI but some good ideas for floor plans just the same.

Me to show me more money story houses, we’re in our 80s and we don’t need the stamps. Maybe you can show us a place that has 350 ft.²
There is no way this would be 200 sq ft. JUST the bottom floor yeah maybe
There's no way this is 200 square feet.
It is they have a way of making it look bigger. Very small fridge and width of stairs things like that. Still very nice!
This looks like CGI not a real built home…
