Fantastic! Almost all setups like this are either too rustic or too posh for my personal taste. But here you've really hit the sweet spot. This is the perfect balance. Thanks for sharing!

That is an amazing tiny cabin. Very well made. An outside bathroom is nice. Location is a great area. I love the scenery in the woods. Well organized inside as well. Nicely done.

It wouldn't take very much to put a door into the back of the cabin and an enclosed walkway to your bathroom so you don't always have to go outside to access it. Just a thought for the future, if you decide you want to do something. Great location and great cabin. Someone else mentioned about a crock pot, but you might consider one of those pressure cookers that you can do all kinds of things with and they are much quicker, which may mean less electricity use. Wishing you all the best.

Sweet little set up dude but I would also get me a Crock-Pot to go along with the microwave and the toaster oven. You could set it on the kitchen table right next to those and get you something good going in the Crock-Pot on a cold winter day. Just a suggestion man.

Ok I subscribed. This is really cool.
Your little tour was very detailed and thats great for anyone really serious about taking there life in this direction.
I would love to just don't have my own land and buying it at this point is so expensive and then codes and dealing with that .don't even no if it's possible.
Something to think about .I'm single so nothing really holding me here so could move to where it is possible to do what your doing.
Great ideas with that Rubbermaid shed converted to your cure bathroom then finished with the wood Is awesome .really liked that idea.
And the cabin is so cute and everything you need.
I would have no idea how to do all the solar and electrical stuff but I guy can learn LOL.

This cabin is smaller than my living room. My living room is 12 1/2 x 19. But then, he doesn’t have a stove. At least I didn’t see one? And a separate bathroom is fine, but as someone said, he should have a door in back close to the bathroom. Very well done if you have to live off the grid except for no back door. And I need a stove, or at least an induction hot plate. Pretty though and meticulous.

I live off gri, hardcore off grid, small battery and panel, haul water, cut firewood, build things. I have so much work and I am just looking and the exercise bike and thinking what in the world you need that for? If you were truly enjoying that cabin in the woods you would never need a piece of exercise equipment. Get yourself a woodstove, and get out in nature. Just my opinion as mentally and physically I have never felt better. It will help you let go of the OCD and over thinking. I only need electric for my phone and tablet, sometimes my 12v fridge. By the way I live in rural central Portugal in a static van with extreme temps. Everyone asks if I am sweating at night in summer and freezing in winter in my metal box. Nope in summer I use cross ventilation, open the damn windows and in winter a wood stove and wool. First year living like this, mostly outside and first time in 20 years no bronchitis, chest or head cold. We need to regulate our bodies with nature more and use wool to keep dry and warm.

Why don't you have a full size trash can with a lid with heavy duty trash bags, those would fit in your van or SUV! Although with plastic containers you have to beware of the squirrels nawing the lids, a hindge lid is better on the trash can! Better yet metal trash cans are the best! Just saying!
