Ma'am, CHNM's punishment is mentioned in Section 105 of BNS not 104 of BNS.

Ma'am, Murder was not defined under 302, it was defined under section 300. 302 is a punishment for murder.

It's unethical and immoral practice amended in India law suits against women for getting a job. This law will not allow women to grow up in rightful ways in society with moral value. This lawsuit will ultimately entertain criminals who abuses and misuse women physically and wrongful ways in our society. This needed lawsuit should be excluded from practice for betterment, development and empowerment of women in rightful ways in our society.
